I was pleased that although they didn't pull up the booking I was still able to check in even with the late hour. And the staff were all very friendly. I can't stress enough how very delighted we were to stay here.

We liked everything about the property. The check in with Brandon was wonderful, he made the process so enjoyable, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our visit at the pool was enjoyable, Dan A was there monitoring and he was a delight to converse with. Will most definitely visit again.

The staff were amazing, particularly when they were roving the grounds. Everyone said hello and made us feel welcome. The kids zone folks were also really helpful. The lady who was working at the main pool restaurant has been there for a long time and she is perhaps the gem of the entire Marriott organization, loved her.

Not the cleanest of villas, popcorn crumbs from the last tenants were noticeable. A shelf in the kitchen was lacking the hardware to hold it up and it collapsed under the weight of the pot they placed inside. Not the most convenient layout to walk to the pro shop for golf, perhaps a little more signage would have made this easier.

It was our 3rd time so we thought we knew what to expect. Everyone was nice and the rooms were spacious as always. We were able to get into a bigger 2 bedroom Villa than originally planned.

what happened to the TV channels? You used to also at least be able to use your own Netflix on the tv. From the message I got when inquiring there is something they are working on with the service provider. No HBO, Showtime or anything other than basic cable? Kind of sad.

Beautiful resort, the room was really large and clean, the staff was very friendly. Perfect resort to enjoy for a few days and to get some rest.

I paid for my vacation via Booking. Com however at check-in when I was told I was only being charged $100 security deposit I was actually charged $775 plus the security deposit leaving pending $865 the money was as intended to be our spending money for the trip. We were not offered food vouchers just apologies. They could not give me a definite answer of when to expect my funds returned. We also visited the boat ride next door at the resort where I was charged double for the ride a total of $84 for a $40 boat ride. Again they were apologetic. It was a very nice vacation. But it was hard to enjoy in fear of being double charged for everything.

The rooms were very spacious. And clean. We had plenty of items to cook with.

The pool water wis this too hot to really enjoy, Wish they had some sort of cooling system.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were exceptional. Great housekeeping staff. All in all was a great mini vacay. Definitely will be back. Thank you!

Our room was great, very clean, fully stocked, great view. The staff that we encountered was good the young guy at the gate was great very kind and friendly.

The pool was not very clean and it would be great to have an adult only pool. It would be nice to have music and food at each pool and would increase your sales as well.
