Location, and cleanliness of the lobby.

There was a broken drawer in the room which was laying on the floor. Our balcony door were locked so we can’t access it.

The room was nice, the pool was clean and the grounds were nice and clean.

I was charged over $300 for the night with a $150 charge that isn't in the computer yet it was charged to my account. I have yet to get this issue resolved!!!!!!

The staff was absolutely amazing and the location was great.

Only issue was that the rooms seem to have paper thin walls as we could hear everything happening outside our room and in the hallways. I even heard someone's phone notifications while I was trying to sleep. Outstanding staff, great location, but my goodness the noise was distracting. We stayed on the first floor so don't know if that was a factor.

Upon my arrival and I proceeded to my assigned room. The room was not made and I had to go back to the lobby and request for a clean room. My origin room was o. The 3rd floor which I was not happy pulling my luggage after a red eye flight.

The bed was comfy. It was close to the hospital and that was our visit intention. Also it was very clean.

Breakfast was a PAY only. No indoor amenities or perks to draw me back. I've stayed at other courtyards and this one was a shell in comparison.
