Please open the bathroom drawer and vacuum it out. Someone trimmed their beard in there and just left it. So gross.

The pool and the breakfast was great. The room was not really clean when I arrived but called the front desk and they fixed the problem. They sent housekeeping to clean.

That I had to call the front desk to have the room cleaned again.

Good luck getting your deposit back. From front desk to management. None even know the word honest.. I've yet to receive any money back and it's been 3 months

Our room smelled like weed I told the staff they did nothing about it didn't offer us a different room they close the pool whenever they want

The room was more like a motel and not as up to date. The floors had stains that were imbedded in the carpet and the bathroom smelled sour with a dirty toilet.

It was all terrible. I would not go back as the room that was advertised is not what it looks like in person. May be good for someone travelog cheaper but not for a romantic get away weekend.

I wish i can say i enjoyed my time but seriously i had toddlers and they gave me a duplex suit and the top floor was open concept so i was running after my kids worried they would fall down form the top floor. They should let people know about this if they have children for safety issues. other then that the room was decent and the parking is being dealt with under repair and not many available.

I didnt like the suit they chose for me and my children duplex with open concept not safe for children should not be recommended.

It looks like the projects. There was construction going on and I mean major construction that you had to walk through to get to the front office. It was very dirty looking. I had to be switched to 3 different rooms, one due to construction,another due to the worst smell of cigarette smoke, then I had a room next to an outside air conditioner that made the wall shake and was very loud and had a bad smell as well. The last room I had smelled better but had burn holes in the carpet and I ended having to buy bleach to clean up ants around tv due to them having no other rooms and there were also two Beatles that had to be killed as well. I didn't have towels or wash clothes and had to walk back through construction to get those. This was by far the worst and I mean the worst experience I have ever had. I had no choice but to stay due to everything being sold out because we were traveling for a football tournament. I highly recommend that nobody stays there!!!!!!!

The receptionist was so sweet and very competent.

There were public hairs on the toilet seat, blood splatters on the bathroom walls and door, the floors were filthy and left the bottoms of our feet black. There was massive construction on the property, the pool was unusable, wooden planks on the broken sidewalks of the property, work trucks were blocking a lot of the pathways.

The breakfast choices were good each morning.

The room was a little dated. It could use a remodel. The kitchen was not that clean. It appears that housekeeping only does a quick cleaning of the kitchen area. Our kitchen needed a thorough cleaning.

if you’re traveling with young children who want to go swimming, then this is probably the right place for you. I came here looking for a nice relaxing getaway where I could do some swimming and use the sauna. after spending the afternoon in town I returned to the hotel in the evening to find the pool area had been taken over by a mass of young kids, a good number of whom where running down the hotel corridors yelling (at each other) and it was clear that the hotel belonged to them. I got up to swim the next morning thinking it would be a good time…was true for about 10 minutes and then there were about 15 kids in the pool. I thought it would be a good time to use the sauna and the woman at the desk gave me the key for it but went down to discover that it wasn’t working. Also, the air conditioning in the room was very loud. I’ve never left a bad review for a hotel before but I was quite disappointed on my trip, getting none of the down time that I was looking for. Its a great place if you’re a family traveling with little kids.

it was a lot of money for the condition of the room and appliances, 1 fork, one spoon, one coffee mug, the pans were unusable… very disappointing, I guess we will have to look for another place to stay, this was my 5th visit, and probably my last.

Breakfast in the dining room was very good, and it was very clean.

There was no hot water in the shower. They offered to change our room, but I was already out of the cold shower, and in my night clothes my husband was freezing when he stepped out of that bathroom. The rugs are a disgrace, and look like someone threw up right outside our door. I have pictures to prove it as I have pictures of the rug and outside my door. If you look at the pictures of the rug clearly, it looks like blood stains. It was horrible.

My son found hairs from bed, then he told me feeling not clean anymore. there is no cups for tooth clean, just 2 glass cups found
