large Sticky stain on our carpet floor

The beds were pretty comfortable I had the fireplace sweet there was dents in the fridge stains on the carpet and I had no cable for a whole day. The curtains were ripped and ragged I cannot believe they let that happen it's very ghetto to leave carpet dirty and curtains ripped especially when you're paying $330 a night. Everything's pretty well outdated things need to be update and kept cleaner. This one fellow had his trash outside of his room for two whole days and nobody threw it away I don't get it but whatever I'll never stay there again.

A lot of things too many to explain

The way the room was set up with a kitchen and living room and separate bedroom!

We got locked out of our room for and hour cause the safety latched closed on us after we left the room and the receptionist said she had a tool but didn’t use it right away! My daughter ended up you tubing it and got it on the first try!!

I wanted to like it but, we never got to stay there.

We were basically kicked to the curb because they knowingly overbooked the hotel for the weekend. We even let them know when we booked the room that we wouldn't be there until after 7:00pm. I got a phone call about 5:00pm while we were on the road to Sioux Falls, and I was told because they sold out the hotel, we were being sent to the hotel across the parking lot due to their error, or we were on Our own. At least the Fairfield Inn had a room for us there, albeit not the same type of room we had booked at Residence Inn. We stay at Residence Inn hotels all over the Country and have never had this happen in the past.

Separate rooms in King Suite, 2 bathrooms, 3 tv's, individual air conditioning, kitchen, quiet area.

Stained carpet in all 3 rooms, worn table furnature, out dated rooms, locks, doors, worn coving and arms on chairs, stains on pull out sofa. Exterior door didn't always lock. Broken tiles in pool. Not worth what I paid for the stay.

The suite was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen in the suite is an added bonus! Breakfast provided was good and varied for different dietary restrictions.

Hard to find access, rather round about way behind a restraurant

So close to our venue we could walk to it.

Nothing. Everything was excellent. I will stay here again!!!
