Great location, easy to find

The property itself was really nice, but not for the price. Had a problem with the room that I had reserved at first, but was quickly resolved. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, there was blood on the toilet seat. Good thing I always travel with Lysol wipes and Lysol spray !!

Schönes, modernes Hotel! Zimmer war sehr leise trotz der Nähe zur Straße. Der Pool war ziemlich klein aber nett auf einem Vordach gelegen. Das Restaurant war gut- Essen ist empfehlen.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nicht überaus freundlich oder bemüht.

Someone left a comb in the room and maid service clearly didn’t clean the room

Maybe the price could be lower for a small breakfast.

Location was perfect- walking distance to restaurants. Cafe in the hotel also very tasty.

The check in process was very slow only one worker at the front desk which took quite some time after traveling and being exhausted from the trip.

The location was perfect. It was about 5 minutes to the Civic Center and there were a few bars and restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

The first face we met in the Lobby wasn’t very happy. She didn’t greet us properly.

Comfortable room, great view, and location.

In order to have the rooms ready on time, we had to compromise on some things we had booked online. Took a while to have it ready. After check-in time. There was some hair in the bathtub at one of the rooms. We only got a text saying our rooms were ready after 8 pm. I'm glad we didn't wait for it.

Breakfast was of good quality, timely, convenient and the wait staff was friendly and accommodating.

The conference room was too cold on both days of our meeting. It was the complaint of everyone in attendance.

I loved the pool and the easy access to museums!

The vending machines on each floor only took cash, so that was a little disappointing. Also, having to scan your card to go to each floor was difficult for door dash and food delivery services.
