The location to the cruise terminal

The location was good. Just need a little update on the building in room is very outdated

Der 1. Eindruck von draußen war ganz gut. Als wir jedoch näher kamen, hat sich dieses leider nicht bestätigt. Als wir die Tür öffneten war dann alle Hoffnung verloren. Also es stinkt wie die Hölle nach Schimmel u.a. Es ist oll und abstoßend ! Wir haben SOFORT wieder ausgecheckt und dieses haben wir noch nie getan. Es war also wirklich nicht aushaltbar !

Everything. I did not stay. Cancelled reservation due to condition of room/property. Staff I met (Conde) was very nice and good to work with. However, property is in terrible condition.

The reception was rude she didn't try to do her job she didn't try to accommodate us to find us another hotel to stay in and I don't like that I had my way she will lose her job

I liked that they have vending machines and ice machines on almost every floor.

The air conditioner did not work in my first room. The rooms were not clean. They also smell like mildew. There’s only one elevator in the whole hotel.

Shantel, Latisa and Konya addressed whatever issues we had and made us very comfortable.

The first room we got had no hot water and a bad smell and we were moved to another room. The area was kind of noisy due to location near I-10. The coffee machine and juice machine were out of order but Latisa made coffee and delivered it to my spouse, perfect!

the accommodation is budget and clean. good for a night or two.

Mobile itself didn't have much to offer though.

Needs cleaning around stairs very bad smell

The location was a good central location in Mobile. Walk to the civic center was easy. The hotel is a little older but was clean and the beds were comfy. Fairly quiet location. The breakfast was edible and appreciated.

the staff was quick to fix issues we had. very nice and polite

price was expensive for the low quality hotel. rooms are half clean. blinds did not close all the way. water was not that hot to shower in. the first room i had was covered in standing water from the door to the bathroom. the second room i had looked like a janitors closet.

When I went to find the room it was a “hidden” room behind the stairwell with no placard to know the room number. Upon entering and trying to turn on the light I couldn’t get it to come on and thought maybe it was mistake and the room was being remodeled as it was very dark, cold and smelled like mold immediately when you walked. I ended up just sleeping in my car in the parking lot because the smell bothered me too much. Definitely disappointed.

I didn't like anything. Maybe the complimentary breakfast. The only plus.

The room smelled bad, and the blankets were dirty. The ceilings were peeling. The toilet wouldn't flush. There was a plunger in the room, and that didn't work. This place needs to be shut down. It was horrible. For the price wasn't good for this location, I could have stayed at a motel 6 and would have been more comfortable. I didn't want to walk on the floors without shoes. I was thinking something was crawling on me. This was terrible 😕 I would recommend that you all don't list this place. I only went with this place based on the reputation of Booking.com, but this was horrible and uncomfortable for myself and my 3 kids. Quality Inn wasn't Quality or comfortable. A true roach motel.

Walking distance to downtown, woman working reception was very nice

Our room reeked of mold, and you could see a lot of mold growing in the vents. We were up all night coughing and sneezing. Door bolt was pulled out of the wall so it couldn’t be latched properly. Cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired.

The same things as my last review. The room smelled and it wasn’t cleaned. It needs TLC

The location was great and the front desk was helpful

The floors were filthy... we woke up to a flood in the bathroom because the shower above us was leaking... we put towels down and they turned black from the dirt..

It’s in the middle of everything downtown. It’s at a great price.

It wasn’t clean and the hotel could use some updating. from the rooms to the some of the employees!
