The breakfast has many options, the rooms was perfect, except for an smell like bleach or/with the sewer mixed in the room.
I just recommend if the waffles for the breakfast time can be already made, cause we have to wait so long to make one, mostly if there are many people waiting in line for their turn.

Water dripping from air conditioning unit behind door in bedroom was never resolved. It was annoying until we fell asleep and also made the carpet wet outside the door where unit was.

It was in a nice location
It was short staffed. We didn’t receive room service not one out of the three days we were there. We had to sleep on dirty sheets and our dirty linen stayed on the room the entire time. The rooms were smaller than the pictures posted

We had a suite thanks to Booking. I am a Marriott member but all suites were sold out on their site. We were there several days. With 3 adults it was perfect. No calling room to room. The breakfast was awesome. I loved coming in from the heat and getting an ice cream bar from cooler. So many extras.

Location was good, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast, lots of choices and changes daily. Very friendly and helpful staff (one not so much) very attentive and quick to resolve issues. Very spacious rooms.
A/C unit in our room did not work well from time we checked in, front desk was made aware, maintenance came checked it out unable to find issue. 2nd day air still not working properly, notify front desk again once we get back from our day at the parks, states unit froze up, provided fans for the night. Day 3 now and still issues with unit, no offer to move rooms, no offer to compensate or anything. Lady at desk is rude and not helpful at all. Last day at hotel and floor in bedroom soaked from unit leaking now, let the front desk know again what's going on they bring a blower down. Upon returning to room blower is gone and air set at 72!! Finally offered to move rooms on our LAST night there, but no reason why temp was changed, unacceptable for the price i paid for this room..... Compensated last nights room charge, I feel they should have done better considering issue was the entire time we were there!! Pricing is a bit high, but you're in a historical vacation location so to be expected I suppose.

This is usually my favorite location.
When we turned back covers the very first night, there was a pee stain on the flat sheet and pillow. We had to change linens ourselves.
"Due to unforeseen circumstances and staff shortage," our room was not cleaned for the next day and we were not provided towels, washcloths. We had to reuse from previous day.
I paid dearly for a pet cleaning fee but the room was not cleaned from the previous family. There were dog toys and pee stains on the sheets.
The price was thru the roof for the accommodations that we received.
Possibly our last stay here and I hate that. Had previously been my favorite and we travel to the park approx 3 times each year.

The stag was great and everything was very clean. We checked in late there was some issues with over booking king suites. The stag was very accommodating and straightened everything out.
The staff in the cafeteria were slammed and did their best but the breakfast was rough. We thanked them after we ate for their service but the were very overwhelmed. Updated equipment and possibly 2 waffle makers would be a big help for them.

The location is very convenient, the halls smelled great ALL the time, all staff when encountered were very nice & the breakfast bar/area was wonderful.
The pool wasn’t the most presentable, the fire pit wasn’t operational nor presentable & the grill didn’t work good as well as needed to be cleaned. There was also possible mold in the restroom & after a certain point (latter part of 2nd and all of 3rd) staff was practically nonexistent.

Snacks in lobby….Cheetos….this hotel was 300$/nt and staff stayed on my floor. I’m so sick of hotels doing this. Housekeeper woke me from dead sleep- twice- she banged on door like she was my dad and I was late for school. Checkout isn’t even til 11, SHEBANG 🎶 @9:08

The front desk staff was rude. We traveled with our dogs - the front desk person never gave us the pet agreement. They shut off our cards so we were forced to go to the front desk and complained that my dogs were barking. All of the dogs were barking. the front desk person Cat ruined our trip- never again will I stay at this hotel.
