The staff was friendly. Appreciated the cold water bottles available.

We heard people in the hall and the neighboring room talking when we were trying to sleep.

Only negative comment, due to remodeling we were unable to open window shades. We understood the situation

Very good price, the staff was very friendly, very clean, very comfortable bed, and the breakfast with eggs, sausage, pancakes, choice of bread, fresh fruit, juices, cereals, biscuit and gravy, yogurt, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs,, and very good coffee.

The location was a little far from my family.

The breakfast was fresh, the staff was helpful and accomodating and the location was perfect as we needed a location close to the airport.

Breakfast biscuits and gravy were good. Staff who worked at the breakfast area was very nice and good to understand.

There was no pool or hot tub. There was no extra bathroom available near the breakfast area. The fitness center was not open. The bathroom in our room did not close. The door was broken! This hotel was not what I was expecting from a Holiday Inn. There should have been a discount since all the amenities were not available! If you are only looking for a bed to sleep in stay here. If you want a better facility stay somewhere else. The staff upon check-in did not know how to work the credit card machine. I had to run it myself and teach them!! They were not easily understandable also.

The staff were super! I really loved the way the "Breakfast Attendant" made you feel welcome.

The pool was locked up, and there was not fitness room. I had to keep going back to the front desk for a new key.

The hotel was under renovation and was a bit run down looking

I like that it had a spa But didn't look cleaned for awhile. Leaves and bugs in it. The water was cloudy. The spa jets didn't work. It was just hot water. At least the pool was warm too. When I checked out it was fast. I like how the towels where folded. I had plenty of towels and shampoo pluses soap. The room was stocked well. It was clean. Drapes need to be cleaned and updated. I had asked for a one bed But was given 2 at no extra charged.The deposit got weaved.The building o. The outside looks nice. Bedroom was big just needs updating.Lamps backboards

Mold in bathroom. The AC was very loud on all settings. Coffee machine was broken. The front desk took a print out copy of my id. I took video when I checked in and checked out. We booked online but wasn't told we needed to put a deposit of $100.place smelled a Lil off.. itvwould be nice to post when breakfast closes we missed it by 10 mins we checked out around 910am
