Breakfast? What breakfast?

I feel that, for the price ($700/night!), it should have been far more comfortable, and the room should have been more comfortable and larger. 1. The in-room phone didn't work. 2. If the ice machines aren't on EVERY FLOOR (As they should), then put up signs. 3. Put a sign in the elevator to show where the main desk is, too.

The environment was excellent. Majority of the staff was great. Location excellent.

Staff lied on a few occasions one in particularly we were given Old Savannah trolley vouchers which we were told were complimentary, they were not. We had to pay 70 dollars. Upon checking out, staff did not thank us at all for our patronage. The female manager in the restaurant was extremely rude and unprofessional.

The property was pretty on the face. The staff I talked with were nice.

The bathroom was not clean. The shower soap trays had residual soap on the tray from another person. That tells me the room was not cleaned well which is not acceptable as one of the most expensive hotels on the river. It took one trip to the desk, two calls to the customer service, and 40 minutes to get extra coffee.

The hidden fees I booked the vacation through booking, and all fees and taxes were supposed to be included but after I left, I receive a resort fee which I was told was complementary at the front desk. I will have never used the vouchers if I knew I had to pay for them.

Dog hair all over the carpets and bed. Music from bar above room was very loud until after midnight.

The restaurant was under staffed, I believe because we had to wait 25 minutes before someone came. Other people were leaving. The next morning I had to find the man in the suit to seat us. We waited another 30 minutes and ended up eating somewhere else. As I looked around, other people where leaving too. Sad because I looked around and there was only 3 tables that were served at that time. Not busy at the time we came in. Grumpy looking suit guy that seated us.

Restaurant fell short. Loved everything eles. The door workers were amazing. Greeted you and opened the door for you. Offered water. Never had we stayed at a place that was so inviting. I will be coming back.
