Location

Smelled! Room not what I suppose to get! No communication to what or where things were! No staff behind counter. Showered and had paint on my feet ! Charged more then I was told thru you !

The room was gorgeous, pet fee wasn't bad 25$. Staff very nice.

I was charged extra to my card after I had checked out and have no idea why

Staff wasn’t knowledgeable about policies through booking.com. I called ahead and asked about the pool after reading reviews of it being out of order and was told it was working. It was under maintenance during our entire stay. My 4 year old was very upset.

great location

I liked where my room was- close to stairs and quiet. Hot breakfast was really nice. Parking was good and close to building.

I was disappointed in the water park. Sadly it needs a good cleaning and some repairs. The kids in there were having a great time! I only spent 30 minutes in there. If guests are not going to use water park, I feel that it should be reflected in room rate.

The pool and accommodation

The pool had slide out of order , lazy river not working and no towels each time we went. The breakfast was cleaned up before they said it was over.

The breakfast was good, and the location was good.

I have nothing bad to say about it.

Breakfast was well stocked, good healthy variety, facility was clean, they accommodated lots of kids for a soccer tournament very graciously.
