Location was great and the breakfast was good. I liked the waffle iron that makes 4 little waffles. Lol. I’ve stayed here in the past. 👍

I was pretty happy with everything

The room which they allocated was not cleaned, and we told the same thing to staff, they asked me to shift to another room. 2nd room is also used by some other n not cleaned properly. Then we shifted to 3rd room, room is ok but bath tub is little clogged.

The staff was wonderful and the bed was comfortable.

The building was very outdated and needs a serious upgrade. I would not stay at this location again unless it was upgraded.

We had many issues such as checking in, tv , key working, but the overwhelmed staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff did everything they could to accommodate us. The rooms close together, the price, the beds, and even changed out the tv. Brooklyn was awesome.

The television remote did not work and the toilet seat was loose.

we booked online and when we got there, there was no one at the front desk, a whole line of people waiting, and the rooms weren’t even prepared/cleaned for us. the rooms looked quite filthy! so we just left

There was absolutely nothing to like.

Everything. I arrived at 10 PM. I had to call a cell # to get someone to the desk. She assigned me 3 rooms, reason being she could not get a card-key to work in any. For the record they were rooms 200 - 320 - 316. By 10:20 she was literally knocking on doors, opening them with her master key, one of which must have been occupied because she said “Oops, sorry” and shut the door. She finally found a room that was unoccupied and made up, Room 321. However she expected me to stay there without a room key and just prop the door open with the latch if I needed to leave. I said that was unacceptable and asked for a refund. She said she couldn’t provide one since I’d booked with a 3rd party. Then she disappeared. Literally. I went next door to the Hampton Inn and got a room where I was told by the night staff my situation was far from uncommon at the Super 8. The next morning I went back and requested a refund which was given. It was a very surreal experience.

Location was ok.

The room had a really heavy dirty smell, as did the hallway. Carpet is most likely the problem. Needs to be replaced (pulling away from the wall) or at least steam cleaned. Side chairs and tables need replaced as well. Plaster behind toilet is shoddy. Entryways are dirty and unwelcoming. Door windows need a good cleaning.
