Our first room was a smokers room and we had to go back down to get into a non smoking room.

Recently remodeled, friendly staff, great breakfast included.

Room was smokey. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room during our 4 day stay.

Convenient locale.

Room wasn’t cleaned so they had to move us to another room.

There was a big gap under the door.

there was a pay for breakfast. sad about this. breakfast are always free at bw disappointing.

Our keys didn't work and it was a long trip to the front desk.

I reserved a queen/ smoking when arrived she couldn't find my reservation I showed her confirmation number she found it then told me that all queen rooms were taken I told her that's why I chose them suddenly she found a smoking room but had 2 double beds was charged same price she didn't apologize or even care not going to stay there again
