the room in general was good
The service while there was the situation with the water coming out of the lamp- response time.
No options for any arrangement due to the inconvenience or the page notifies that they are under remodeling

did not let us check in said that my Visa card was not a actual bank and wouldn’t let me use it when chime is a actual back they kept stating that it was a prepaid service and refuse to let me use it plus I had already prepared on booking and they’re website did not state any of the restrictions

Overall my experience was great. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. However. The bed was hard. The location of the hotel was great, near stores, restaurants and close to the freeway.

I did not partake, wife was ok with the continental breakfast.
Reserved a king suite and was given a queen suite. TV was broken when I arrived in new room with queen bed and front desk agent made a sniped remark to my wife but did get another tv from another ooo room. Asked for walk in shower and received a tub shower, the first room was a handicap room and had a roll in shower, did not want to ask again because front desk agent made the remark "Now what?" to my wife so we stopped complaints, no use anyway. Room was in dire need of repairs to say the least, lightbulbs out in bathroom and scratched on most of furniture. Plenty more but they don't care anyway. Marriott should take their name off this property if they care about their reputation.
