Property was clean

That elevator where guest uses. Both elevators should be working but apparently we missed our flight due to long wait or someone should have redirected us to another elevator. Staff wasn’t changing the towels and linens

Room was nicely appointed and comfortable.

Took 3 times to actually get into the room.

Lobby is beautiful, just wish you all paid to have your rooms updated.

Our luggage got locked into our room late in the evening, the houseman was unable to get in after changing the batteries twice, maintenance man was called in (thankful he came) and got our luggage out of the room. We were given a different room, which I am thankful for since I had my 8 month old and it was already really late. Never once talked to a manager and was not given anything but a $10 certificate for their bistro which closes at 9:30 AM. The tubs are slippery. I have never fell in a shower and fell in this one. The outlets next to the beds cant even hold a wall outlet charger, they are so old they just fall right out. Very dissatisfied with our stay.

The air didn't work and when I told the guy at the desk he was like oh yeah I had that problem in another room !!!!! Didn't offer to comp us it was 74 all night !!!!
