Room was dirty neighbor rooms where load and noisy all night no breakfast pool was a joke

We went for a funeral Stayed for 2 days room was not cleaned after first night didn't even get clean towels..

No breakfast due to COVID but everything was wonderful.

There were some really bad people staying upstairs and they fought constantly outside the room. Yelling all times of day and night . Managment visited them often but would not put them out, I was there 4 nights and 5 days.

They had a room available.

The room was a place to sleep but not relax. This was a fall back room when the hotel we had reservations cancelled them while we were driving to town.

Low budget and nasty. Doors are loose and barely hanging. Bad location and stinks.

There was no breakfast and I paid for it on the reservation. The towels were dirty, with make up stains.

I slept so well and comfortable. It was really nice and quiet! I will recommend this place to friends and family.

I didn't like the greeting and then the front desk help tried to tell me there was a verbal 10.30 pm curfew for company. Mind you I had no company I ask was it in writing no response Ahhh No!!.1st off im grown!!!!! Im not a kid 2nd im a paying customer!! 3rd you dont tell me what to do when I just paid your rude behind my money!! 4th you advertise you have a pool when I ask about using it they said no it needs to be cleaned mind you no sign out stating that it needed to be cleaned. Someone also ask about the pool and they gave them the same response!! Mind you i ride by this place daily more than once. I never see anyone at the pool why?? What the purpose of the pool if no one can use it but a select few!!!! Well I thought money was green no matter what hand it came from!!! They are rude as hell!!! Im not beneath anyone so don't treat me or anyone that comes in your establishment that way!!! My husband and I are military and I will be letting everyone i know don't go there they treat you rude but want your business... So no im not satisfied and no I won't be returning there.. Take a real good look in the mirror and remember dont treat people the way you've been treated learn to be better and do better!!! THANK YOU....NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER PERIOD!!
