Nice and clean

The room was not worth what I paid. Room was advertised as a larger guest room with a sofa bed. The room is a fair sized room no larger than a basic king room at comfort inn with a couch that folds out into a bed. The "sofa bed" is a mattress so thin that you can feel every rail holding it up. Definitely not worth $1146.00 for 7 days.

Nice, clean, roomy, very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and plenty of parking. It was easy to find.

my bath tub looked like there was mold or mildew in it and towels were rough.

The breakfast was okay but not inspiring. Sausage very salty. Egg dishes less than inspired. Waffles seemed a popular item. Well stocked.

Bathroom kind of showed its age (old style tub/shower) compared to others we’ve seen lately but was clean.

Located in a nice area of Lake Oswego with decent restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable and affordable.

Sink area in bathroom, wish it had more counter space and bigger for more than one person. Would be nice to have fan in bathroom.

I like the pool. The main reason my two young boys and I came to the local hotel. To have fun!

The gentleman that checked us in Friday night. He acted put out to help us. I’m there with my two young kids and I just asked if he could run some silverware up to our room. He told me to come down to get it, very rudely. I had to send my 11 year old down (by himself) which I wasn’t comfortable with in the first place but I didn’t want my child eating his salad with his hands…. Which he WAS doing as he cried. So my child went down and this man was rude again to my kid. I will never come back to this property to stay. I paid a lot of money to be treated like garbage. i understand we all get stressed out sometimes at our job, but you should never take it out on the customer. I didn’t do anything to this man, other than asked to be helped. He had zero compassion for me and my children.
