rooms were very sterile. Very limited amenities. dead bolt did not work.

everything was great, the bed was massive and comfortable, the area was nice, close to Winchester house and a mall, as well as some other spots.

I didn’t like how it wasn’t mentioned beforehand, that we would have to pay 100 deposit. we had already did the math regarding how much we would spend including the places so what would have happened if we didn’t have the money? they wouldn’t let us in? we almost didn’t have it so that bugs me that it wasn’t mentioned, and if it was, I assume we didn’t see it, but if it was mentioned maybe make it stand out more so people know. also the way they had the rn plugged in, we couldn’t watch tv without the light being on.

Hotel was in a good area, clean rooms, and checking in was fast and easy.

Everything was great

The person working there is helpful and kind. Room size is ok. Parking is good. Location is 10 mins driving from Santana row, which is convenient.

Even though it was probably the most affordable option I could find, I still think the price is a bit expensive for what you get. The room is not super cozy (white lighting, no side lamps, sink outside the bathroom).
