carpet smells, *lights don’t work. *no one came to fix the lights after calling it in.* no tv guide in the room * bed- every turn , it makes noise * refrigerator doesn’t work

The staff are awesome and need a raise for working in this battle zone. It's affordable. Half the price of the others. It's the high end of the cheap motels on El Camino Real. But hey, it's got palm tree in the smoking alcove. The guests seem to get along well. I've stayed here probably 5 times. Yes I can here the neighbors, but theyre not yelling at each other...what's that Prince lyric, when the doves cry.

Ewwww. It's just, in the armpit of the San Jose area. Santa Clara gives off the impression of family atmosphere yet the main street through it, El Camino Real, is greasy. Lots of nooks and crannies for homeless spill over here. Just like the poor man staying behind the dumpster below my hotel window one night, probably not his fault, was in bad shape. Whipping himself with a stick and crying out to God. Pretty good thespian that guy wad. Didn't get to me too much and I'm glad I don't have kids to witness that weirdness.

Beds were decent, night desk attendant was very kind trying to help.

Fridge didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Hair dryer didn't work. Power outlets near sink did not work. This was for a full 5 day stay.

Felt very unsafe as a solo female traveler I had to leave and stay somewhere else. SMOKE smell was so bad it made my eyes water. I couldn't stay more than 5 minutes in the room .Looks like a lot of the guests are long term, with several bags of garbage outside of the rooms and guests getting packages. Decor is old and outdated.,walls are thin. Don't be fooled by the pictures online.

I had a long day and got there late. I approached the late check in window and immediately the gentleman with friendly smile said "It's cold out there, come inside." I was pleasantly surprised to have a speedy check in. Thank you

I booked a suite with 2 queen beds. I liked how the kitchen area was its own room, but also the second bed had its own room. It made staying with kids easier.

It was pretty old which was fine, you get what you pay for. But there were some areas like the shower and behind doors that were dirty and just not very clean. The bed sheets also had cigarette burns in them.

hotel was sketchy. people were loud and the hotel didn’t do nothing about it. check in time is super late especially for travelers. it’s super OUTDATED. my lock didn’t even work so i had to use the gold pull lock.

We were supposed to have queen beds we ended up with full size beds
