The place was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good and close to the highway and a short drive to downtown areas.

I could hear footsteps from the room above. I always got shocked pressing the elevator button.

The room was very spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable and I loved the fact that breakfast was included.

we weren’t able to check in until 8:30 pm. we had to leave and get dinner and the counter person wouldn’t hold our bags til we returned so we had to take all our bags, put them back in our vehicle and take them in again when we returned. they never offered anything for the inconvenience and the late check in. And our bathroom sink was clogged and the pipe under the sink leaked. we spoke to the property manager and all he offered was breakfast in the lobby which is already included. The hotel is right off a major road so it’s very loud, I thought a snow plow was going through the parking lot. they may want to upgrade the windows to keep some of the noise out.

Not enough pillows on the bed- Only 4 for a king?! The bed was stiff and uncomfortable, and the duvet was thin and more geared for summer, not winter. The climate system was very loud, even on low setting.

we were woken up numerous time by teenagers running up and down the hall and banging on our door. I know it’s not the hotels fault, but it was one of the worst night stays because of this. we were staying because my grandmother is dying and I wanted to see her before she passed. I was already exhausted by the whole process and it was just unfortunate that we stayed the same night as these teenagers. not the hotels fault but still annoying.

Great place

The location was great. It was ten minutes away from the indoor water park where the kids and I had a blast. The room was clean and big. We had so much fun in the poor and hot tub, which was the highlight of my trip because I needed something for me.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating-There was a large group of us there to celebrate 2 birthdays, and we asked to use the common area for cake and presents. They instead allowed us to use a private room that had plenty of tables and chairs for everyone, as well as a TV. When we were finished, we asked the woman at the front desk what we should do with our garbage, and if they had something we could wipe tables with...she told us not to worry about it and she would take care of everything-It really seemed like they went above and beyond for us. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked-we got there shortly before it was due to close and there was still plenty of food left. This is one of the best stays I've had at a hotel!

Staff was outstanding, especially assisting with wedding guests joining us for the weekend!

Hot tub wasn’t working

It should state on the website or in the booking that they do not allow locals ! I booked a room because my daughter wanted to swim for her birthday not knowing and then they held my $200 which should had never been processed and didn't receive my money back for a week. Then was mad because I kept calling about my money being released.

Clean, comfortable hotel.

The room entry door was hard to push open while dragging a baggage cart into the room and the bathroom entry sliding door was very hard to open if pushed back most of the way.
