The room was comfortable and the hotel was convenient.

Staff were great, and for the most part the room was ok.

The walls are extremely thin, one can hear the neighbors and water running in the pipes. Also, they lack hot water in the shower, warm at best.

My room was nice enough, the property was fine, and the housekeeping staff was very pleasant and helpful.

My room was supposed to have a bathtub. It did not. The area near the ice machine on the floor where I stayed smelled like urine the entire time I stayed there, even after I complained. I was irritated to find no vending machines, just the area of minimal drinks or snacks to be purchased from the facility. Additionally, the young lady that was there when I checked in and was on duty behind the desk for a good portion of my stay was apathetic to the point of rudeness.

No microwave. Breakfast was warm at best and not very good.

The toilet was very loud food was barely warm. And not good.

The people above us making noise and stomping on the floor (or jumping?) late in the evening around 10-11pm... but that is not the hotel's fault.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good we loved the free juice option during the breakfast time. The pool was nice and warm and clean.

The room smelled like old water when we stayed. For the price of the room we paid it was not worth it. There were stains on the floors, there was chips out of the walls, the soap was horrible and didn’t clean hands like they should during the pandemic, we feel like our hand sanitizer cleaned our hands more.
