The staff cheerfully took great care of us.. The desk clerk was kind, accommodating, and helpful. We really appreciated the shuttle service. The driver was cheerful, even at midnight and at 4:30 AM.

Only one thing. The bed was rather hard and not very comfortable.

It was located in a convenient location.

We almost left because the beds were so uncomfortable. The staff were really nice! The room was ridiculous though. Take a look at the pictures I included. It’s comically bad.

Since the bar slot-machines don't result in a discount for beverages, and that half of them are not operational at any given time anyway, why not remove many or most, thereby giving customers a more comfortable place to sit, eat & drink? And secondly, it seems archaic that one cannot purchase a bottle of wine at the in-house store, while there's plenty of other food and drinks available. At the same time, purchasing such beverages from the bar is either not possible or nonsensical given that laws require alcoholic beverages must be opened by the bar employee prior to providing it to the guest. Time to come into the 21st century, like competition.

Room and customer service was awesome and transportation to airport

I though breakfast was included but I did appreciate the discount, and location no store near by but at least was close.to airport haha

It would be nice to add a complimentary breakfast

Room was clean and LARGE; bathroom fan is on a separate switch from the light; reasonably priced, full restaurant in lobby (this is a big deal for me). Very nice and COMPETENT people, including at front desk, housekeepers and restaurant servers and cook.

Newer mattresses and better pillows would always be a treat. Carpet seemed old, but everything seemed clean.
