Great location, close to everything, really. This was my granddaughter's 5th birthday and the lazy river and heated pools in February made the day! The breakfast bar was very good, as well. Beautiful sunrise scenes from the balcony.

The rooms are dated but still clean and comfortable. The maid service between nights was a no show... but we were ok with that! There is NO extended check-out time. Don't even ask.

We were put into dirty rooms, never being told the hotel was under remodel when booking, never told I was booking through a third party, and really disappointed with the rooms being outdated, nasty and uncomfortable

Nice room Nicely sized and equipped Kitchen well equipped. Complimentary breakfast was ordinary but decently prepared. No complaints Good coffee!! Housekeeping staff attentive. Overall all great lodging at the off season rates.

Mattresses need replaced.

Not much. Remote to TV was missing and the sink in bathroom stopped up.

The best part of breakfast was the staff!! The breakfast was good but the staff …great!!!!

Rooms were dirty. Furniture needed to be painted and cleaned. Killed a couple bugs, including roaches.

Everything was unexpected beyond expectation. Great experience. Very comfortable. Felt like a king on the very top floor. Thank you!

We could hear the elevators going up and down from our room. The elevators took awhile to get to our floor, but the good thing it was fast, smelled good and felt good with the little fans inside them.

Parking deck was way too narrow was very scared to take the car out because of the parking

Breakfast was good, but some of the servers didn’t seem to happy but maybe they was having a bad day not sure , but it was numberous mornings

Going out to the beach you had to go up stairs , then walk long pier type walkway then down stairs to the beach didn’t make much sense, and while carrying stuff the stairs didn’t makes sense, when the walkway could of been mostly flat; and made harder to pull a wagon with stuff to the beach with a little kid, and what about handicap people, I’m sure they wouldn’t be able to go enjoy the beach

It’s needs to be remodeled. It was a lot of rust in the room but it was clean.

I enjoyed the oceanfront room, the breakfast that is offered. the room was clean for the most part.

The view and access to the beach. Front staff was awesome .

When opening the door to the room we were immediately hit by a strong dirty mop smell. The floors had not even been swept before what I assume was a quick swap of a dirty mop. I ended up going to buy something to clean the floors with. There was old burnt food in the oven and on the oven glass. The refrigerator had spills or something all over the side of it. The bed was so old and awful you could literally hear the springs. Housekeeping never came to the room to clean at all. The mattress we’re old dirty and the springs were poking in your back. When we was leaving I removed all sheets and blankets so they would actually be washed because unfortunately I didn’t pay attention to them when I got there but the pillows had large yellow drool spots on them and that is not sanitary at all. Overall just disappointing because this was a vacation that was much needed with all we had been through. Last but not least I walked into the bathroom and there was a roach running across the floor. I have pictures of all of these situations.
