The location and the seating areas was nice.

Over priced for the size room. The photos are very very misleading.

Elevator was secure since you needed your key card.

Location was okay. Would nit walk around at night. Hotel wasnt busy, and our room was closest to the intersection of 2 busy roads. Very old. Carpet needs replacing and grout in the shower.

Staff didn’t tell me they were out of ingredients until after the breakfast closed. The bar and general vibe was awkward. Check in was a mess.

I liked the location and the beds were fairly comfortable and the staff was nice.

It wasn't very clean, and we ended up cleaning once we got there just to feel comfortable. The bathroom and floors were just pretty dirty.

Room was much smaller than anticipated. If you didn’t know to turn on the light at the front of the room, no other lights worked. Bathroom door didn’t shut, so not a lot of privacy. Parking was a nightmare. You had to find some random place to park to go check in and then had to get back in your car to go park in a parking deck that you had to pay for additionally. Then to unload and wait forever for the elevator to come, you couldn’t use the elevator from the bottom floor to even go check and you had to take the stairs. God for bid you bring your bags with you.

The location was good.

The room could’ve been cleaner. The decor is dark and drab. Stains in the room and ground floor sitting area. There was no soap in the shower and I had to call the front desk for replenishment plus tissues immediately upon arrival. I was the only person staying and the room still had left over hairs and stains from the previous stay. Not the most clean place. And they charged my room bill some miscellaneous charges which were not mine.
