wasn’t clean, construction on our floor, staff was loud in the morning. bed sheets were out in the hall of room in the evening

The bed was very comfortable.

The room was a little small.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms exceptionally clean. Loved that I had a place to work out while on a mini vacation for my 1yr old granddaughters pageant. I was in shopping 🛍 heaven because malls and restaurants were 5 minutes of the hotel.

The keys didn't work. Had to keep going to get new keys for room after 2 full days of shopping 🛍. I can't stress enough that there was not enough parking and renovations were also being done and the contractors were taking about 4-5parking spots at one time. Also didn't like that the windows didn't open. I love to get a breeze when I wake up and going to bed.

Larger size room. Very clean all round. Bed was very comfortable. The key card was easy and worked every time.

only one person working the bar and restaurant. the man was constantly on the go. he did well but pitiful there was only one person working the bar and restaurant!!!!!

There was no breakfast and the room smell of urine.

The bed had a very poor mattress and pillows. The pool area was messy, with emptie containers left by vacant chairs for hours.
