Breakfast, location and staff were great

Sink was leaking in our room. AC wasn't working well. Beds were a bit hard.

The staff was amazing!

The air in the room didn't work. There was some sort of stains in the tub. There were dogs that barked on the floor we stayed. The pool was dirty. For $300 for a 2 night stay I wasn't impressed. Breakfast was nice I guess.

The staff was pleasant for the most part.

The property overall was not very clean. The bathroom in our room did not look like it had been cleaned very well, if at all. When we were at the desk about some issues, there was another customer there complaining that their bathroom had not been cleaned either. Asked for an extra pillow, but was told they didn't have any. Asked for an extra blanket and did receive one. Had checked the bed when we arrived and didn't seem to be any problems. When we received the extra blanket, started to notice some bed bugs and had to throw the extra blanket into the hallway to avoid a bigger issue. The pillows that were on the bed were old and flat, should have never been in use. The mattress on the bed was terrible and it was clear it was way beyond its useful life span. Horrible night of sleep. Overall, we were supposed to stay two nights, but checked out early and did not stay the second night. But, even with all these problems, got charged for both nights. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.

Location, breakfast, and the bed was comfortable

Check-in staff unprofessional. Handed us the keys, did not tell us the room number, where the elevator was located until asked, no mention of breakfast or checkout time. Not Hampton Inn standard. TV in the room did not work. They told my husband how to fix it instead of coming to the room to do it. The shower faucet was inverted with cold being hot. The front lobby area was stained .

The staff made this property so special. The friendly faces made our time here so wonderful. The breakfast was good too.
