Breakfast every morning, spacious room, hot water in showers great water pressure. Housekeeping did a great job of taking trash and providing toiletries. I also proposed to my girlfriend while there and the staff were very helpful to me. Oh she said YES!

There was not hot water. They didn’t tell us that when checking in. After a 10 hour drive it was brutal. The telephone to call out to the front desk was not working.

suite has bathroom in the bedroom and not accessible to the LR without having to go into the bedroom. makes it awkward

It was a good stay I think the bed was a little to firm but other than that everything was wonderful

The property itself is a beautiful property and it is in a great location

I had multiple issues inside of my room there was blood on my sheets that I found the last day of me staying in the hotel room the pillowcases that was in the bags in the closet were dirty and they were stains all on the couches

The breakfast is one of the main reasons I stay here. Also, very quiet rooms and comfy bed. Room was clean and the shower had great water pressure though the door is a tight squeeze with the toilet.

Housekeeping staff were not present. Their policies have changed due to COVID-19 and the hotel didn't appear to have many guests on my floor, but bags of garbage sat outside of a neighboring room for the duration of my stay. Also, note that the only toiletries available are shampoo, conditioner, and mouthwash. They didn't have lotion, which surprised me.

single elevator, and it broke while staying there. I had to bring the luggage down from the 5th floor by the busy hot stairs.
