Ice machine down, rooms were not very clean at all, not an extra outlet in the place, VERY small television, breakfast selection very limited

I was disappointed in the facility itself. It seems that Days Inn standards are not what they used to be. Not pointing to anything specific. This is just not what I have been used to from Days Inn.

The appearance. The room. Did not feel welcome.

The facility was old and very dirty. Wires hang down from the ceiling throughout the hallways. Elevator call buttons were held to the wall by tape. Furniture and carpet were stained in the lobby and in the room. Amenities consisted of one small sliver of soap to be used in both the sink and tub. Towels were small and very thin but clean.

When reservations were made I was told we would have a smoking room. Hotel had no smoking rooms period. TV remote only worked to change channels and volume. Remote was not programmed for TV.

Motel and room were in bad need of renovation. Smelled of mold and stale cigarettes. Extremely small bathroom.

Don’t like paying $25 for my dog when kids are free. Dog is better behaved than many children.Lobby area a little shabby and off putting but room was decent.

Complimentary breakfast was a joke. You had a choice of making a waffle or 1 type of Cereal. One guest in the breakfast area had brought in his own box of cereal. No hand soap in the bathroom.
