Has everything you need, you don’t have to leave unless you want to!

Everything, it was an incredible trip. I loved how much there was to do and how geared towards kids it is. We did so much within Pigeon Forge and GB and my son is still talking about his favorite part of vacation was the Hotel. He loved it!

I don’t like that you have to pay for some housekeeping. I didn’t mind making my own bed but had issues with trash and laundry and I had 2 kids and I wish we could have had housekeeping vacuum a couple times while we were there. We did our best to clean everyday but never felt good enough with the floors.

We love the hotel and waterpark/pool area!

Just a couple suggestions…the chairs that are in the water at the pool are wonderful, would be great if those could be added to the kiddie slide section. Also, more on site food options, like an actual restaurant to make it more all inclusive would be great.

The amenities were nice, but would like indoor water options. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the fire pit.

It was geared for younger children. I have teenagers so they weren’t very interested in the activities.

This is our 3rd year staying here but first in the new river tower. We love this hotel and everything it has to offer! We are very happy that breakfast is back and we enjoyed the on-site pizza and ice cream! We really enjoyed to new refillable cups and the abundance of pool towels this year.

We probably will switch back to the regular rooms next year for several reasons with the new rooms(we stayed in a cabin suite with double bunkbeds)- 1- there are no drawers or really much storage for clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases for the week and really there wasn't enough room to leave the suitcases out for easy access either. 2- there is no security latch on the door like most hotel rooms have towards the top of the door(like a chain). This is a huge issue when you have a child who is an escape artist/runner. 3- the bunk beds are not actually built in or attached to the wall so my kids kept dropping stuff between the bed and wall. I know this isn't a huge issue but it got kinda annoying 😒 4- the blankets were horrible... not very warm and there was no extra blanket on the king size bed, only the comforter that was not soft at all. Only non-room complaint- The new setup to get back into the building from the pool area is horrible. It is very difficult to push that button and open the door at the same time if you are carrying anything.

Staff was friendly and inviting, the family bunk rooms were a huge hit with my kids, the location was convenient to everything, the whole resort was spotless, and the activities always give the kids something to do.

I really wanted to love the breakfast restaurant but the food was so mediocre.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. From the staff to the accommodations, my family and I were very pleased with the overall experience and hospitality.

I enjoyed everything about my stay here. The location was great. The family activities are really worth while.

The closed caption did not work on either tv and my deaf daughter needed it. The manager came himself and worked for a long time and eventually fixed it! Thanks!

We didn't like having to go to the end of the hall to use the microwave.

The water park was the perfect size for my 8 & 3 year olds - not too big, not too small. The pizza was absolutely delicious and a good price. The treats bakery was yummy, too. They had lots of fun things to check out right in the hotel, but it was a small enough property to not be too crowded.

At the time of our stay, there was only one working elevator and it had suspicious issues of its own. We ended up using the stairs a lot, once we found them.

Waterpark was nice and location is good.

Only one elevator worked in both buildings. No complimentary items at all, had to pay for everything. Not even coffee in the room. Had an ok stay but will not be going back.

The view and the curtains in the room stopped the AC from flowing through room , but had to keep curtains closed so other rooms could not see in.

The property had several things for children to do.

We planned a last minute trip so the two hotels we usually stay at were booked, we were excited when we saw that this hotel had availability. You can tell that they used low-quality items for many of the items inside the room. The sheets were thin and scratchy. The sheets on the children beds were both flat sheets which kept coming off anytime the children move in the bed. The pool is very small next to the slides, the hotel has two buildings but the pool was smaller than most neighborhood pools and was extremely crowded making swimming impossible.

We didn't get to swim because of family having issues in the room but the staff wad friendly is all I can say other Than that we didn't get to do things that they had because of this issue

Everyone in the room was sick when in the room 2 of us had to go to the doctor and we did not have insurance everytime we would get out of the room we were fine but in the room or 7 month old just coughed all night and couldn't sleep but when we put her outside she slept and didn't cough when out of the hotel don't think carpet in room is clean or there is a mold issue We had to leave a day early because we didn't want the baby to have to deal with another night seemed to get worse each time we put her in there I would love someone to call me regarding this matter I went for a business trip and took the family but I feel that we should get 1 day back due to this. We couldn't go to dollywood adventure park because of them getting sick I think crediting one day back is fair iam a business owner myself and I believe in fair and honest service please fell free to call me 2259548900 I think they need that room checked the ac didn't work right when it was running the coughing got worse but when it was off the room got hot the couch carpet or beds have some type of bacteria

They are charging $15 per person for breakfast now when it was free. The kid’s water park needs a lot of repairs done.

Not clean; they placed loud music from9-10 pm- couldn’t rest; fire alarm went off all day so we couldn’t use the room due to new building being added on; and when we booked it- it t said free cancellation and we atomically got notification from the hotel there were no cancellation and then there was a $100 per day charge to our room just in case we bought coffee, breakfast, or any other activities they had going on. Which I think we should have been told in advance (which you are to get back when checked out). No coffee maker nor microwave. Reconstruction was very loud as well

Didn’t like that it is a cashless hotel. It rain a lot on our stay and the pool was closed down a lot. Wish they had a indoor pool also.
