I didn't like that they stole 80 dollars from me. They are scammers. I asked to change the reservation date for work reasons and they never responded. I sent about 10 emails, I called them, and even though they had availability, they chose to keep my money and not respond. They are thieves. Booking should have a quality filter for some places.

The rooms were very dirty. Faucet was not even attached to the counter. Walls had holes with horrible patch job. People selling drugs in the parking lot. Very very dirty

The only positive thing about my entire stay (almost 2 months total) After the hospital, Wake Med, placed me there post OP was the night staff, Sunny.As far as the motel, it was filthy, disgusting, riddled with cockroaches and bed bugs, linens were filthy and bloody, The room was disgusting and the toilet was unsanitary. covered in urine and feces. There were nothing but drug addicts, Prostitutes And gang related activity surrounding the entire facility. No phones in any rooms. No assistance for anything. I fail to understand why a hospital as reputable as wake Med would dare to place a high risk patient who's covered by Who is on Military Tricare retired veterans Insurance In that filthy, disgusting cesspool. the only thing they could do to improve that facility is to condemn it And tear it down.

From the owner to the management, To the filthy, disgusting clerk named Nina who actively does drugs, sell drugs, threatens and verbally abuse folks who are there for medical purposes is if the state stepped in and condemed is all and charged the management, the owner and the staff for abuse, neglect and harassment. The amount of deaths that occur in that place. For overdoses and drug related gang activities is disgusting. Even the police say it's an unsafe place to be and should be condemned. The state needs to step in and do something.
