I would highly recommend changing the lightning in the bathrooms and raising the magnifying mirror.

At the front desk, helped by 3 employees, my friend and I requested an accessible room that had roll in shower because my friend has Cerebral Palsy and can't raise her feet over the edge of a tub to shower. We also requested two queen beds. The 3 employees worked together and booked us a room for our up coming visit the next day. When we checked in we found out the the roll in shower rooms only have a king bed, which we were not informed about by any of the 3 previous employees. A king bed didn't work for us. The only other option was a 2 queen bed room with a tub that did NOT have grip bars to assist her into the tub, so she was not able to shower. This was supposedly an accessible room. We were not offered a free breakfast for the next morning, nor some money off of the room for our serious inconvenience...nothing but a sorry. Training of employees, ADA compliant accessible rooms and better customer service is needed at this DoubleTree.

Good hotel. It has a lot of amenities inside the hotel which makes it convenient. Was very clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous. Restaurant food options were excellent. The location is a bit awkward to get to, but not too bad. It's sitting right by the freeways, so you hear a lot of road noise inside the rooms.

Great staff and location. We were there for the Good Guys West Coast Nationals. The Hotel did a great job accommodating everyone. The food in the restaurant is actually good and reasonably priced. Will stay there again next year.

Pillows are way too soft

The evening Staff and in particular, Mario was kind, friendly, accommodating and very professional. Very charismatic. Mario is the epitome of what all Hotel customer service or any public representative should be. Thank you Mario and Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Pleasanton.

Bed was very uncomfortable and my husband and I had a difficult time sleeping. My side felt dented in and pillows were overly soft. Just had a hard time finding comfort.

The a/c unit needs maintenance; the panel by the unit control was not attacher to the wall but just leaning against it. Coffee pot was gross. I had to give it a good wash before using. Not much variety for breakfast. Restaurant staff was fantastic; front desk staff very friendly, but three weeks before incorrect information was given out. I asked about shuttle from BART and was told to call when I got off train, only to find out it wasn’t so. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank You

For the most part my family and I really enjoyed our stay. We only had two issues with the hotel, one was the staff at check in were a bit rude. The second issue was the jacuzzi was not warm and the jets were not working.

The most amazing stay ever! From the spacy comfy room to the great breakfast and clean beautiful pool,I can't wait to stay again.

Wow. Very nice place. Staff was very helpful. The room was very clean, and the bed was Firm. Breakfast buffet was also very good. Would definitely stay here the next time I am in this area.

The hotel was what you would expect from a top tier property

The property and room were very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to reach. We also had a great experience in the dining area, where the service was above and beyond. The location is just minutes from Dublin and other areas. We definitely recommend the hotel and plan to return when we visit our near by family in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was OK. I had booked the room through Expedia so there was no charge for the room. When I got my credit card bill, there was a charge for $19.90 on it. I called and asked about the charge and was told that it was for internet usage. All we had was our phones and we used data. I told the hotel that we did not use their internet and certainly didn’t agree to any charges. The person I talked to said they would pass it onto the manager for an evaluation. He then called back a few hours later and said their internet was through a third party and there was nothing that they could do. This seems like a fraudulent charge by Double Tree. I wonder how many other get charged this amount on their credit card and don’t catch it. If you stay here, beware of what they charge you for.

Property is clean, attractive, and quiet. Landscaping is gorgeous. The staff was very friendly.

It was absolutely amazing,top service. From the front desk to the quality of service and room cleaniness....excellent. The manager made you feel welcomed,she made sure we were comfortable a weekend with my girls. You wont be disappointed!!!!!
