Nasty. Carpers very dirty; towels yellow, thin and stained. Bedsheets limp and smelly. Bath cavities rusted and dirty. Sent note to Visha Trakker who is with Country Inn & Suites. He sent back a Roach letter. I tried to reply but it was rejected.

Phone in room didn’t work told them several times, dogs barked all night kept us awake and when we told them and let them listen on our personal phone they said they could hear it and then told me later no one was in the room next to us with dogs which was not true, bathroom door didn’t shut, hot tub was low of water and then no towels in pool area for pool and hot tub.

The hotel was nice clean and comfortable. They served a good breakfast everyday
Even though all the televisions are new they don’t have cable of direct tv so they only work if you add your personal streaming apps

The location was great. We were traveling and the hotel is located right at the exit. Breakfast was good. The usual choices. Parking was ample.
The blind was broken in one of our two rooms letting the light in and making it hard to sleep. The bed was very firm. Not comfortable for someone who likes soft and fluffy.

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room that I stayed in and that other people weren't noisy. I felt safe and secure. The staff were polite and respectful.
Although the staff were polite and respectful, there was a language barrier. The cleaning staff couldn't understand me and vice versa. The trash never got taken out despite my efforts.

Only thing that was good was the breakfast.
Ants in the bathroom HAIR left in the sink and on the floor from the guest prior.  Dehumidifier in the room, running wide-open unknown reason, but could not shut off.

Location was great. Right off the interstate
Mold was in the bathroom all along the base of the shower. Water pressure was just a trickle. Have videos and pics of both . Bed was extremely hard to sleep on, very firm.

We had no daily housekeeping. Had to ask for anything we needed for the room.

Refrigerator froze all our food. Cabinet door kept popping open and we kept walking into it. Staff kept smoking under our room outside. Cigarette smoke was coming in our smoke-free room. Room was not completely clean. My legs and arms broke out from laying in their bed. Staff told manager about issues, never got a response back, or did anything to correct the issues!!!

Room smelled musty. We had to have our room changed and the dehumidifier was full. Had to have someone empty it. It was not a pleasant experience. I would not stay in a Radison again

Staff was great. Very helpful. The woman who checked me in was excellent. She was helpful with my disability accommodation and went the extra mile to make sure I got to my room and was able to settle in. When my key stopped working, she remembered checking me in and brought new keys to me so that I did not have to walk to the lobby.
There is a large machine in the room. perhaps a dehumidifier. that flashes a bright blue light toward the bed. Made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was not really good for accessibility. I felt unsafe trying to bathe. I ended up getting water on the floor, trying to clean myself, which created another hazard.

bathroom was disgusting,mold in shower floor filthy and sink from 1950’s falling out of the wall. very rough and in need of a deep clean!

There were no blackout curtains. The room didn’t need lights on because of all the outside business lights. The online site stated joining rooms.

This was the worst Country Inn and Suites we have ever stayed at. The building is in disrepair, cleanliness is lacking as well. I usually don’t participate in these surveys but felt the need to now.

most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. a full king and felt worse than a pull out couch bed. I think I got maybe an hour of sleep. pillows are half size squares like small throw pillows.

Maintenance was needed in the room. It was fixed but only after we complained.

Nothing the food was gone to fast also the whirlpool was not working or clean that was why we stay and couldn't use it we need a discount on our stay next time
Bed was old body fell to deep in also tv didn't show no channels but one wifi didn't work
