Wonderful location for walking and biking beachside. Sumptuous Easter Sunday Brunch with a plethora of choices. Very friendly and helpful staff with beautiful smiles! Numerous shops just outside the doorsteps is a definite perk.

Health hazards from so many dogs eliminating.

The bed was comfortable and the TV was big with many channels. Short walk to beach.

My Ocean View room was a view of the courtyard & palm trees in the way of the view of the ocean. I had about 20% view of the ocean. When I asked if we could swap rooms to an ocean front, they said they were all booked, yet there was hardly a soul in the hotel. We never saw anyone in the hallways. There was hardly any staff, but the staff that was there was very nice & helpful. Breakfast was included in my reservation, but there was no complementary breakfast, only the restaurant, I had to go to the front desk & ask for valtures for free breakfast. The cafe was to open at 630am, the first morning they opened on time, the 2nd morning, a Sunday it opened at 730am a whole hour late. The restaurant opened at 7 am for breakfast, but again, day 2, it opened 30 minutes late. We are morning people & we expect things to be open when they should be open. The dinner was extremely too expensive on site, so we dined off site. For the money we paid for only 2 nights we were extremely disappointed. Will not return.

The breakfast was good! The room attendants were extremely friendly and helpful! Management, specifically Anna, Karen, Monae, and Carnell were very friendly, helpful, and professional! They were really great!!

Television program guide wasn’t the easiest to use; bathroom tissue holder was a little loose. However, overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay!

Amenities and staff

Availability of food late in the afternoon (3pm-5pm)

Location/access to the beach was relatively close to hotel . The attendant on beach was prompt, friendly and greeted us as soon as we arrived. Swimming Pool was nice with easy access to bar and plenty of lounge chairs to relax while enjoying music. All of Staff very friendly & helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Room temperature too warm & would go back to default setting of 72 degrees. Room needs to be updated. Bathroom ceiling paint is peeling and the grout is dirty. Rust noted around shower area and shower floor is stained. Hotel TV guide does not match the correct channel and not enough channels offered- most were sports. Hotel lobby and other areas throughout dusty and dirt accumulated in floor corners. Hotel needs deep cleaning. Pictures of room were not as advertised. No microwave in room and needs decent coffee maker with plenty of cream & sugar. My reservation was for an ocean front room & I could only get an ocean view room.
