The location was great. Room was a bit small but great value, clean and host hospitable.

New dog policy she said we were only allowed one pet due to new owners. Unfortunately this will be our last stay with you guys after 7 years!

Beds were comfortable, huge bathroom. Liked having a microwave and mini fridge.

There are no mats outside or inside to wipe feet on, which in turn means the room floor was very sandy...from pets especially. Wish there had been a broom to keep it a bit tidy.

I booked on line with Booking.com. I reserved for two nights. When I arrived at City Center Motel, a note on the door said to check in across town. I drove to the location and started to try and check in. The person in the office said"you were supposed to be here yesterday - when you didn't show up, we cancelled your reservation," (for both nights.) She said I would have to take up any refund with Booking.com. More important, she was just plain unpleasant the whole time. I was able to get on my phone and make a reservation at the Ebb Tide Motel, an excellent choice.

Location, location, location. The room is pretty small, but it had a fridge and microwave. It is within 3, or 4 blocks from everything.

I was there on a very hot day, which is rare. I could not use the fan in room 305 because it made a loud clicking noise

The location was close to the beach.

The site claims this property has A/C but that is not true. When the ceiling fan inside the room did not work, I called the front desk staff for guidance. At 5 pm they told me they would call maintenance, I never heard anything from them. It was well over in the 80’s during the day, so the room was sweltering. Aside from sweating all night, I had cause for concern for my dog. She is a double coated animal and was far warmer than I was, but because this was Mother’s Day Weekend where else were we to go? The front desk ladies were curt and unfriendly as to my heating issue and never bothered to check in on us or be sure maintenance arrived (which it never did).

Close to downtown and the shops. Also very close to the beach.

Great location. Everywhere we wanted to go was easy walking distance. This is important because of the lack of parking around Seaside. The staff at the office and at the site are really nice.

The room was small, but we weren't there to hang out in the room. Checking in at a different location was unusual.

No staff on duty at the City Center motel and I had to drive 1/2 mile to their other hotel to check in . Lady that checked me in was very nice but I stayed 2 nites and never seen another employee after that and my room was never replenished with supplies for second nite .

I like things simple. I got what I wanted. I liked the location. I would stay there again.

It would have been nice if the weather was better. It would have been better to have a chair for the desk instead of what was in there. Another thing I disliked is having to go to another motel to check in instead of the motel where I stayed at.

There were coffee and cups provided. The stack of cups had two dirty cups in it. Of course I didn’t check and filled a dirty one with water. Saw the coffee stains as I was drinking haha. Also stains on the toilet. Other than that it was fine
