The property smelled horrible. The staff wasn’t friendly. The room appeared clean but wasn’t. The smell… whew. it smelled like cigarettes from the time you walk in to the room. I don’t recommend staying at all.

Everything was great

I was so exhausted i didn't get to enjoy a hot bath, i sat to watch a little TV and woke up at checkout, which was not at all the hotels fault. Great place to rest!

I didn't stay due to the unfriendly environment and rude receptionist.

The receptionist told me upfront since I booked through the third party then the booking is not guaranteed. Next, the receptionist requested my credit card and driver license which were handed over to him. At the end the receptionist didn't want to return my driver license to force me to stay. He(the receptionist) told me that he is going to charge my credit card. I requested my driver license back to leave the facility immediately. On my way out of the door the receptionist told me per quote: Leave my property, otherwise I am going to call to the police" At the parking the receptionist followed me to go towards my vehicle. I told the receptionist to let me go, otherwise I was ready to call to the police for stalking and following myself.

liked that it was close to my job

i didnt like that i was charged $15 extra bc I had a cut on my foot and blood got on the towels. the front desk person called my room twice to charge me more money. I was talked with rudely when my debit card that was broken wouldn’t scan, but the lady at the desk the day before had no issues keying in my card manually and it worked fine.
