This one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. We wanted a non smoking room. We got a recently converted smoking room. There were cigarette burns on the rug and bed spread. The lamp over the table had mold on it the air vent had mold and cob web. Wall were dingy yellow and the room overall was gross. We left and booked a different hotel.

Hotel is old and very run down. It needs some updating badly. Our room’s door was a bit interesting, see photo. Bathroom was in tough shape. Bed mattresses were a little lumpy. Not all the lights worked. Did not try the food because the restaurant looked dirty. The mini casino and bar were fun to visit. We probably wouldn’t stay here again. The best thing about this place was the price and most of the staff that were friendly.

The room given at check-in was nit the room I had reserved. I had put in the comments when booking I would have a pet. I booked the room from Fri.-Mon. nights. I had given my card at check-in for pet fees and deposit. At check- out they kept my deposit and charged me for Tues. night even though I checked out at 6:30 a.m. They refused to refund the deposit even though my dog made no messes nor chewed or broke anything. There were mouse traps in the room and bugs in the tub. Will never stay here again.

The servive was good, the partying by the pool was scary.

Room was clean and costumer service was excellent. A/C unit worked very well and loved the free breakfast. Only problem is shower was leaking and could hear it the whole time.

Doors looked like they were kicked at some time, didn't feel safe with the door latches

We always love staying here when we work in Gillette. The breakfast is the best!

There was something moving on the ceiling tiles. Friendly lady at the front, got refunded right away. The room needed a major renovations, didn’t feel safe at all.

I really liked the way they handled the free breakfast. They gave us a menu when we checked in. It had 4 meals to choose from, i.e., eggs,sausage& hash browns, or pancake sandwich, etc. We went into the restaurant, told them which meal we wanted and they served us a fresh cooked meal! Food & service was great! What I did not like was that the room had not been cleaned when we arrived. I called front desk. She offered refund but there were no other rooms in town so I requested it be cleaned. She came up immediately with clean bedding and apologized for the oversight. She was pleasant so I helped her make the beds. She replaced all the towels & toiletries. Luckily the previous tenants were neat so there was not a lot of garbage in the room. The condition of the room was fair, but the bathroom was poor. The shower looked old and like it hadn't been scrubbed in months. The toilet was clean and modern. But there was mold on the caulking on the floor & shower.

It needs a serieus relooking. The personal is quite nice.

Staff was super friendly. Our non smoking room was less smokey than the hall but the smoke permeated everything. We left with very red irritated eyes and raspy throats and sore lungs. They had a restaurant that served the included breakfast and it was indeed tasty but the restaurant was also permeated with smoke. Will never stay again.

The picturea on hotels.com must be very very old, nothing worked the TV, AC, frig, and room stunk badly. Shower and wastebasket were dirty. Only good part was tje cushioned toilet. The breakfast made me sock 20 monites after I ate. The bar service was awful

A little gem in the middle of nowhere… nice and attentive staff and a good restaurant not fancy but good quality and better prices - we do smoke so discovering the casino with bar right next door was a great plus for us! Great bar service and nice atmosphere! We loved it!!!

Was charged a pet fee when they should be free. Most of lights were not working. Was very loud while trying to sleep. People constantly yelling down the hallway.

The front Desk was super nice. The Breakfast included is a restaurant and you get to choose from some meals - not your "buffet" style which was nice - but you will have a server and need to tip which is not part of the rate. The phone, A/C didn't work. Tub took a long time to drain..... Toilet didn't flush well Other than that is was a place to sleep.

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and was shabby and out of date. The front desk lady was very kind and polite. In the stairwell that lead to my non-smoking room it wreaked of cigarette smoke. The room looked worn, old and dirty. It also smelled of cigarette smoke and was supposed to be non-smoking.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful-the property itself needs some updating but it’s clear they are trying to keep things up the best they can; it’s about what one should expect for their price point; and the free breakfast was very good

I was pleasentley surprised with my stay here. Its an older establishment, and priced appropriately when taking that into consideration. The staff was wonderful and friendly, the restaurant was good and welcoming. There is the smell of old cigarette smoke, which is also to be expected as its an older building with a restaurant, bar and casino all attached. The bed was comfortable and showers hot! I would recommend this if you are not looking for fancy, but still want great service, good food, and a comfy bed to sleep!

amenities were good. However, the room was one of the dirtiest rooms I've stayed in.

Ok for a late check in, just no hot water

Had about 30 secs of hot water, carper was visually dirty, a/c was in the fritz. :-)

The wooden frame was broken so the bed was caved in but no rooms left to switch. No refund or even a soory! Shower was nasty!!

Hallway filthy. No security doors on the side, anyone could walk right in. Receptionist at front desk was a lovely lady and very friendly. Room itself very dated. Windows very dirty. We got a free breakfast vouchure but left the restaurant after waiting almost half an hour without any one taking our order.

There was a vacancy here so we took it. The room was terribly hot and the restaurant wasn’t open.

Air conditioning was out wasn’t notified of that till after we checked in and brought all of our stuff to the room also frig wasn’t plugged in so we had to purchase a cooler
