The breakfast was wonderful.

They asked for a $100 payment for any damages and I was told that would be returned to me within 3 to 5 days after the visit. I still haven't received the money back. I called the hotel again and was now told up to 20 days, which seems like a ridiculous amount of time to get it back. I am still working on getting my money. I was also disappointed that the hot tub was removed. I did book this hotel based on reviews from people stating it was nice to have the hot tub, but was disappointed it was gone.

A/C noise kept us up most of the night and the hard mattress did the rest. Disliked not getting a receipt upon clout. Easily hear noise from above. Won’t return and won’t use booking.com for next meeting.

The value for the price was great. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

A heavier down comforter on the beds would be nice to have.

The hotel is close to the highway, gas stations, some shopping. I was traveling across country, so this was important for my trip. The facilities were great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

They advertised swimming pool, jacuzzi/spa. The swimming pool was drained and there was no jacuzzi/spa and this was the reason I selected this hotel. There was a pill on the floor in the bathroom and another pill on the floor between the beds. The windows were dirty with smears of something across them, very nasty. Very disappointed!!

Only came here bc advertised a hot tub, the hot tub was filled in with concrete, pictures of breakfast looked so much better than what it was, indoor pool was cold! And on top of that had so much chlorine that it was hard to breathe and was burning our eyes! Room has dust and glass in there, had to call for someone to come clean it up! Also had to go down to the front desk to get blankets and sheets for our bed bc we didn't have any, and guess what they didn't have any!! These pictures don't show justice on how dirty the room was!

I liked the ease of booking and check out. The room was clean and in good repair although it looked a little worn.

There was only one person at the front desk and a line all the way to the door. It took too long to check in. They could have done a much better job of anticipating the need for shuttles. I wasn't able to take advantage of parking because the shuttle was full and another wasn't due for 30 minutes. Making this information available at check in and finding out who needed a shuttle and when would have resolved this.

The breakfast was good. The beds were fine.

They accused me of smoking in the room and charged me an extra $250 fee. No email or phone call or anything was sent to me about it, i had noticed a few days later when i checked my bank account so i had to call up and talk with a manager and explain i didn't smoke in there but they finally sent my money back to me. So just be cautious if you stay at this place, to me it seems like a scam to make them more money. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER STAYING!

we booked this to take advantage of park and stay but there was no shuttle service at 2:30am. It probably states that somewhere but very disappointing

Our bed was like sleeping on a brick, mine and my husband were very sore when we woke up the next morning!
