The staff that booked me in was very nice

The lady that was at the front desk when checking out was very and argumentative. Told her I payed a deposit and she tried to say I didn’t. Finally she realized her mistake and gave it back.

First I have been to this motel many times but they have always put me in the good rooms in the front they put me in the back in the ghetto part hair on the chair the room smell like something old the walls need to be washed and the bathroom OMG I did not take a bath and when it was light outside I left also the bed was a full size bed when it was supposed to be a king bed and the microwave no ty

No breakfast was provided like it was advertised online

It was awful .Did not get my deposit back for the dog...supposed to be 70 but then with dog deposit and stuff I end up spending $152 for that one night stay,No towels,or door was messed up and had issues shutting because outside door handle was off track and not installed correctly,The hot water ran out fast,There was no breakfast on the morning as advertised online,And after check out I left snd expected $60 deposit to be returned into bank account but instead of money being refunded and deposited onto my account and additional $60 was withdrawed from my bank account and then another transaction of $100 was processed however my bank didn't have that much at the time so it declined it .I called office and the lady was so rude and tried to say I wasn't refunded deposit because of some mark or spot on the mirror and they classified the dirty mirror being damaged and thats why they charged me $60 additional even tho the mirror was not damaged and did not have be replaced,It just needed to be cleaned and wiped down as it should already from the house keeper.the lady cussed me out when I told her damaged would be if the mirror had a crack or broke or needed to be replaced...but it wasnt and its the house keeper job to clean any spots of mirror and I shoudnt be with held from my deposit or charged additional and she hung up on me.I had someone who at stay with me there and she called and spoke to lady and she was rude to her as well .. next day $60 was refunded however that was just for the additional fee they tries to charge me they never refunded my original deposit of $60 just the extra deposit they charged because of spots on the mirror...

The showers had good water pressure, the beds was comfortable and clean

bed hard, found hair and fuzz in the bed. the lining was dirty looking, towels hard and dengue.

The price would have been good, but nothing else was as advertised. Lighting was poor, no extra blankets, 1/2 roll of toilet paper on the dispenser and no extra roll. Room was untouched by housekeeping. After the first night I told the owner that the pressure in the shower was poor and the water temperature was barely warm and he blew me off. He put me in a handicapped room that I didn't request and it was marked with signs and painting on the parking space in front of the room as handicapped parking.

A Blatant Lie - advertise free breakfast and then don't have anything. Not even a coffee pot in the room or anywhere else on the property!

I have never stayed a a place like this. very dirty and unsafe. we were so tired that we could not drive any further. if my car was bigger would of slept in my car in the middle of a Walmarts parking lot it would of been safer, quieter and cleaning. The sign on the do I tried to take a picture of read FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY USE BOLT LOCK. Amazing they even stolen the drawer out of the dresser.

The place was flithy. Bugs, the door was broke, the bathroom was gross, the top of the toilet was a piece of plastic that was just laying on top, i was double charged, people outside of our door at all hours smoking pot, the towels they furnished were dirty, no shampoo just soap, the fridge had dead roaches in it, we kept all our belongings in the car because we were afraid the rift rats would steal it while we were gone or we would bring roaches home with us.

They had none of the amenities promised and no discount despite not being as advertised. The door lock was broken. The room was disgustingly dirty and smelled extremely bad.

the staff was very nice, and the other people who stayed there. Walking distance to a gas station was also good. And they had a good drink machine.

Did not get any of house keeping, our fridge was froze over, and we had to melt the ice ourselves, no towels could be given when asked, and I kept having to go ask for toilet paper. Room was a mess, stains on the pillow cases. And there were a good bit of roaches.
