Room was good and cleaned. There was no traditional breakfast so we were missing that The staff was good, specially the day crew

breakfast included was just a coffee bar and 3 oatmeal packets. hotel bed was dirty. shower was dirty. floor was extremely dirty.

The staff were really sweet, tried hard to accommodate us as best they could.

I reserved a 2 dbl bed room but they were overbooked so I could only get 1 king bed room.

I didn’t like anything about the property it smelled and it was filthy. The carpet needs to be removed.

I didn’t like anything about the property. The breakfast sucks. The carpet smells like ass people was horrible the stuff the rooms are filthy. The ladies don’t clean the room day just sweep the trash under the bed. Everything about the hotel is terrifying and stinky it was disgusting.

there’s wasn’t a staff at the front door to check in customers for over 30 minutes, and when the staff showed up there was only one staff working a hotel that is 20 minutes away from NYC and right across from the dream mall and MetLife stadium. that is a recipe for disaster

marijuana smoke in third floor hallway, that came into the room. Not bad enough to alert hotel staff.

When we got off of the elevator the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. This was also the case in the room. Since it was late and we were only staying one night we dealt with it. The next day I received an additional charge of $255 on my Credit Card. When I called the hotel to inquire they told me that was a 'Smoking Fee', and that since we did not complain about the smell when we got there they had the right to charge us a smoking fee. Additional calls to the main customer service line were no help as they said this charge is at the discretion of the location manager. Stay Away.

this facility was extremely dirty. the hallways were filthy and not kept clean, our room was dirty, looks like someone took a crap in our toilet before our arrival, NO bed sheets…. only a top sheet? there was no breakfast. we came down and there was a few packets of oatmeal and coffee… but no cups, no bowls, no spoon. the staff seemed incompetent and confused when asked for help. overall this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The property was very good location cause we was going to the waterpark and Nickelodeon inside American Dream. The staff was very helpful and most of all everything was very clean the pots and utensils was clean with no stain on them.The refrigerator and microwave was clean so we was very pleased we will stay there again

Breakfast was the worst I ever had

Checked in, sent to a room that was unmade. Eventually got a clean room. Problem with TV (maintenance was great and fixed it). The shower pressure is a joke - a mild drizzle. Peeling wall paper, key had to be reset every day (kept it in its own pocket away from phone).
