Convenient location at half price compared to a hotel in Manhattan.

I liked the spacious room and staff very friendly and helpful.

The room needed a table without it seemed it had a lot of wasted space. And bathroom was too small for the size of the room.

The room was very dirty . There was dust and lot of sticky substance on the floor , the floor was covered with white dust . I even saw blood stains on the wall next to the sink . I called the supervisor several times to change my room but they didn’t .i have 2 kids and I don’t want them to sleep in a dirty room I have photos and videos. They didn’t change my room. Am paying for a clean room which is the least minimum. They offered to give me 50$ off which is very little compare to this inconvenience. I stayed in Hyatt in many places before and that was the worst experience I was very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel to anyone . Staff very impolite and rude and liars because they promised that they will refund us 50$ for each night and they didn’t . Plus they telling us to leave and to find another hotel because they don’t have any available room .
