Very clean, front desk employee was friendly. Room was nice.
Check in was at 3, we arrived around 4 - 4:30 and they said our room wasn't ready and we had to wait. Was kind of frustrating cause I was paying for that time and we needed our room. I think we got in around 5 - 5:30, but still, it's not like I got that time compensated. Had I been late for check out, would I have gotten away with it free of charge? Probably not, so the double standard is not great. The other issue we had was the elevator was extremely slow and just wouldn't come down sometimes. We had to wait so long and the button would just go dark even though it never got down to the lobby. Didn't seem like we could take the stairs either without the alarm going off. It was annoying, and it took so long. I think the other elevator was out of order on top of that.

Lit fait beaucoup beaucoup de bruit, couette très légère et oreillers petites, problème se carte, déjeuner très ordinaire : avec des pommes emballé individuellement et de la vaisselles jetables. Il y a également eu des rénovations jusqu’à 21h30. Belle ambiance, mais pour le prix, j’espère mieux.

Leider wurde das Hotel während des Aufenthaltes renoviert, daher gaben nur to Go zum Frühstück.
In den Zimmern hat man von den Renovierungsarbeiten nichts mitbekommen. Tolle neu renovierte Zimmer, super sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super lege, Bushaltestelle gegenüber, ca. 20 min Busfahrt nach Manhattan

Te ayudan sin problema y te ofrecen una estancia agradable.

Honestly this hotel is amazing. We will definitely stay there again. The bus to go into New York City is right across the street. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Location is absolutely perfect 😊

We stayed at this hotel for the second time because of its great location. This hotel is just opposite the stop of bus #320. It costs USD8.5 for an adult to take a round trip to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. On weekday, the bus 320 is available around midnight. In addition, this hotel is in walking distance to a Walmart supercenter. So, it is very convenient to commute to Manhattan or buy some groceries even at 10:00PM. Furthermore, I did not have any problem finding a parking spot at this hotel.
When we stayed at this hotel in this July, this hotel just renovated its rooms. I like the laminated floor and the new bathroom. However, it's a bit strange that the bathroom was not equipped with a ventilation fan. Not sure if they will install the ventilation fan later.
The other thing they could improve is the breakfast. It would great if they could provide some eggs, meat or vegetable for the breakfast.

The newly renovated rooms were great- Very accomodating. The location cannot be beat. We have stayed here many times over the years. Close to so many things, aside NYC.
Since the property is going through major renovations, it is understandable that some disturbances may occur (though compensation should be considered by management). On our second day, we had no running water all day. Many areas are under construction and the side door leading to the elevators was left open to facilitate the work (we passed around 11pm and it was still open which seems unsafe).
The free continental breakfast has changed since previous administration. It's not as generous. But there is a Starbucks, DunkinDonuts and more just accross the street.

The bus to NY is driving directly infront of the hotel.
The area seems to be safe and is quite. Supermarket is also only 5 minutes away and several restaurants available. The hotel seems to be old but clean. Staff is really nice and supportive.
Actually there is a renovation ongoing (noisy after 10 am) but think the renovation is necesarry to upgrade the hotel from old style to new innovation.

The hotel is very well situated. Just 200m from the bus stop to New York. Many nice restaurants around.
The breakfast contains only bagels and toasts with jam or cerreals with jogurt. I would prefer eggs at least.

Great location. Right next to a bus stop that takes you to Port Authority, which is 5 minutes away by foot from Times Square ( 8.50$ US round trip ). Hotel is next to many restaurants, gym & Walmart. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Room itself was fully remodeled.
Under construction so bathroom with tub, as requested on booking, was not available yet on check-in. Water was temporarily turned off so shower was not available when needed and we should have been notified of all of this before we arrived. Email about construction and water came after we were there. Some construction sounds in morning. Bed a little noisy.. "Breakfast" was minimal. Outdoor sign barely visible! Overpriced under these conditions.
