The staff responded to our broken bed quickly and they were friendly

The bed broke as soon as we had sat on it they did come and fix it but the other bed had a large dent in it. The faucet in the bathroom leaked. The lampshade were water damage and had some dead bugs on it. The walls where paper thin so you could hear the full conversation from the people outside.

Key card didn’t work, trash when we first walked in, tv dresser pulled out, not able to put back. Screen window had rip in it. Bathroom was dirty, toilet seat didn’t fit toilet and toilet bowl looked like it had never been cleaned. Not enough towels for two people. Shower/bath tub was like toilet dirty. The next day bathroom still not cleaned, my bed had been made but the other bed no. Bedspread left on floor. No coffee or cream/sugar. Went to get myself.

Could've paid a little more attention to detail on cleaning and restocking everything. Coffee maker but no coffee pot.

The fist room we were put in had a hole in the middle of the bed where it was completely broken. We moved rooms and the 2nd room bathroom floor was so sticky your feet stuck to it. And there was blood and bodily fluids on the bed cover! It was absolutely disgusting. The staff was very apologetic and gave us a clean cover. But the whole room was very dirty. We will not stay there again while visiting family.

All around it’s a good place. Definitely had worse super 8s and this was far from the bottom . Clean rooms and friendly staff and NO BUGS lol

The manager was friendly.

It was not very clean. The lighting was horrible. I could barely see to get ready in the bathroom. I ended up going to Walmart to buy a lamp for the bathroom. The bathroom fan did not work. The toilet handle kept getting stuck. The lampshades were very discolored and possibly moldy. We also bought a candle at Walmart to cover the smell. There was garbage in the cushions of the chair. There was no table. The bed was quite uncomfortable. There were barely any outlets to charge our phones. There ended up being no continental breakfast of any kind. The value for the money was embarrassing. We would have tried to find another hotel, but everything else was booked due to a large music festival in the area.

No smoke detectors in our room

Shower and sink drain very slow. Not enough towels for 2 people in the room

Breakfast was a joke.

The bathroom was disgusting. The tub did not drain. The room was humid and musty. The AC did not work well. Terrible hotel and way overpriced.

It could have been cleaner in areas.

The staff was awesome. We were early and it was hot so they let us check in early and so nice. Whoever the guy at the desk was he was awesome.

The only problem was the bed was uncomfortable. It looks as if it someone had been on it a whole lot. It had a huge dip and I could not sleep a wink.

It was close to the racetrack

Staff was rude and unacommodating as we have a child with special needs. I if we could switch to a first level room and was told no. So we had to carry her up 2 flights of stairs and down every time we left. The room was disgusting. Cheerios and other garbage on the floor, the bathroom was awful. So much pee on the toilet seat, hair all over the shower, and their towels were old, grungy, and of stains and holes. The mini fridge was so gross and smelled so bad. We bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom. It was so gross.
