no mirror in the room, no coffee in room,

I liked how close it was to the beach

when I got there there were kids running around screaming, the staff were outside smoking half the time, the hallway smelt like pee. they didn’t start on my room until after they were done eating I was waiting about 45 minutes after checkin time.

I first arrived and noticed that the microwave and refrigerator didn't work and I reported it to the front desk and the property manager said he would send the maintenance man to ook at it when he gets in latter so when I came back the only thing they did was give me a ice bucket which I never even noticed or complained about that but they never replaced the refrigerator and microwave or even offered me another room.I stayed 3 days at motel 6th 4th view Norfolk Virginia without a microwave or refrigerator. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT MOTEL 6TH AGAIN NOT TO EVEN MENTION IT WAS FULL OF DRUG ADDICTS ABD PROSTITUTES. ONE COULD TELL THY WERE PLUS I COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE I HAD TO KEEP A EYE ON MY VEHICLE BECAUSE PEOPLE KEPT LOOKING INSIDE IT.

location and pricing! The Lady who took care of the rooms near ours during our stay was very nice and made us feel welcomed.

elevator closing hours, I think property needed some outside care/Reno and unfortunately the ice machine failed us on the last day when we needed it. also luggage/laundry carts would of been helpful. coffee machine would also be nice.

the value was the only good thing

there would always be guys out on the stairwell smoking. had to squeeze through a group of them smoking just to get to the stairs.

Room did not have a phone - I needed one. The tub did not have rubber strips or a handle bar and I fell one day. Very dangerous. But the room was very comfortable and clean.

Location

The TV remote and or cable box did not work. The channel was stuck on one station the entire time. I was told maybe I was not pointing the remote at the box which was located under a desk. I requested a new remote when I went to the front desk and was told they did not have any extra. There was also a wall mirror which was not on the wall when I got there it was sitting off to the side on the floor. There was no mirror at the bathroom sink. The bathroom toilet was running pretty much the entire time I was there.

nothing it was dirty and smelled. the front desk person was rude and hung up the phone on me. then when we arrived she was not in the office. I waited 5 minutes for someone to get there. there was a broken laundry or garbage. cart to block the opening.

the room was disgusting. beds and sheets were dirt. refrigerator was dirty and had bugs. the lights had bugs in them. it smelled terrible. there were lots of people hanging out in the parking lot. the air conditioner did not work very well and kept kicking in and out

the placement of the property is price you get a beach view with ocean view pier right in your back yard

the staff was inattentive to not only my needs but the needs of other guest which should be next to cleanliness a top priority

Close to beach

The flooded floor from rain. No tv for the entire week. Staff lying about fixing the TV. The constant reprogramming of the key card. Fighting and cursing from other guest. The elevator that hardly worked. The stair wells filled with kids. General filth throughout the property. Flushing toilets with buckets. Tracking down staff for toiletries and towels. No cleaning during stay.

Convenience of location.

Toilet didn't work well. T.v. did not work. Floors were either unswept or had a stain that was staining my feet. The air conditioner was noisy. Elevator was stuck, the one time I used it after my room card didn't work.
