Very unhappy with the service I received. Front desk called the evening asking if I still needed the room, my response was yes still need the room, Im about 2 1/2 hours away. Front desk person says ok and ends the call. Finally arrive at the hotel to check in, gave him my last name and his reponse was "oh, I just cancelled your room" I asked why and he says " well you were not here and I was just ready to go home". He offered to try and find other hotels we could stay in because all they had were smoking room (which I could not do becasue my family are allergy sufferies).

Staff was great. Toni was a blast; super friendly and helpful. Convenient to get to. Near many restaurants and shops.

Power went out a couple of times. Room smelled like curry. Bathroom floor boards were loose. TV didn't work all the time.

Quiet , easy access to stores around

Roaches in my room , on the bed and table . couldn’t get in contact with anyone for a refund

There was nothing I liked about this property other than the name

they gave a false illusion of hearing real cleaned up garbage I felt like I was a roach patrol my roach count kill I lost count

the lighting

there we roaches, the bed was not comfortable, i called the service desk multiple times and none one answered. there were men standing by the front Dess all the times of the night. It was not safe and it is not safe for a female to stay there by herself. Then I was told by an employee that this is not like a regular hotel.

There was no Continental breakfast and the room was in poor conditions. Hair in the bathroom shower. Lights kept blinking on and off. The the BED was a joke. Cheap bed coverings. Never again. Wasn’t looking for a Shelter!!!!

Treat it like a Hotel not a motel.

Close to a highway exit (17A). Staffs were friendly and very attentive to customers’ needs and customer service was excellent. Our room was clean and amnesties were present but could have been better or offered more. Like hand towels or liquid soap, shampoo & conditioner, or lotion. But it’s not a hotel 🤷🏻‍♀️ overall it was great.

When we first got there, one of the guests was asking for money. Our fridge was not working but we kept the room at a cold temperature and the TV had white spots in the way. There’s a distinct smell when you first walk in but it’s not bad and you go nose blind a little afterwards… possibly your whole stay. People loiter or were maybe doing business in the parking lot but they never bothered me or my boyfriend.

It was far to expensive to sleep on cots . It had a few bugs. The pillows were uncomfortable. The place smelled like cabbage. We tried to find another hotel but because there was so much going on there were no rooms available. It had cigarette burns on the tub. I had no clue it was an extended stay. I didn't read the ad very well. The photos online are extremely misleading. I was so mad @ myself for not researching it more. I chose it because it was a few miles from the venue we were going to. If you want more towels you have to bring yours to the office & exchange them for more. The towels & wash cloths aren't very comfortable. I expected more for the amount I paid. We won't ever stay there again. I will pick a higher class & Uber the longer distance to the venue from now on. The blanket was very thin. This isn't a case of you get what you pay for. This is a case where you are overcharged for what you paid for. I can't believe I didn't take single picture.

I liked the quiet time in the evening thats about it.

There was no breakfast served. There was never anyone at the front desk. They left a small poster at the front desk with a phone number to call if something was needed. There were always people hanging out outside of the hotel. The hotels I have stayed in with a kitchen always provided pots and pans and tableware. they didn't have any of this and offered it to us for a fee. We did not purchase anything from them. The lady did lend us some pots that were in good condition but we had to buy paper plates and stuff. I wouldnt stay there again.

The location was great for my commute to work and back and the 1 staff member I encountered was very nice and helpful.

The entire placed smelled really bad of weed and cigarettes, the stair wells were filthy and stunk like garbage and weed, the carpets were severely stained and gross, the bathroom had burns all around the sink, the shower was nasty, the sheets had long hair on them and the pillow cases were dirty. I was there for 10 days and never once saw any housekeeping or had my towels picked up or exchanged. Luckily I had all my own bedding and towels.

Nothing it’s a horrible hotel you best to run

Sheets dirty roaches running around hair dryer look like no one cleaned in years just disgusting
