The cleaning staff were very kind and assistant. The front desk staff, unfortunately I did not get the same experience with. I found them to be slow and somewhat rude to not only myself but other guests as well.

The location is perfect which is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. That and the young lady that checked us in was awesome.

This hotel is very outdated. The furniture was stained. The refrigerator was disgusting. Murphy bed was not usable and was full of dust, as if it had not been used or cleaned in years. The bedding was stained. I informed the staff of the condition of the Murphy bed and was told that there was nothing that they can do about that and was given a sheet and a blanket to use the couch instead. The rooms are not serviced daily even upon request. They only clean on the third or fourth day of your stay, which is unacceptable for a beach front hotel where sand will always be involved. We even had to take out our own trash. When I addressed my concerns with the front desk, staff the evening of check-in, and the date of check out, it was an oh well type of attitude that I received in return.

We stayed here to attend CCMF. The location is fantastic for walking. Housekeeping gives you plenty towels.

The room was dirty. Very wet feeling. Musty. At night I felt like I was getting into bed between two wet towels. My clothing got wet in my suitcase from the humidity in the room. Water dripped in sink. Pool had 31 lounge chairs around it. 31! There was room to add more to the pool deck. No drinking water at pool/pool bar. The two pictures show how dirty the box springs were in the Murphy bed. Gross. Room worked out to over $600/night. They could replace this nastiness and fix the air/mustiness.

Everything was great for my guests, they can walk, so tight rooms and tight cutup bathrooms were fine for them

I'm paraplegic and the room was a nightmare for me in my wheelchair and the hotel did not say that they were not accessible and I even told them on booking I was in a wheelchair. We had to shove the one bed over so I could get my wheelchair beside it to get in bed, I could barely make the turn into the bathroom, not shower accessibility for me and no room balcony accessibility for me either.

I had to leave it and come back home 🤷🏽‍♀️
