The staff was wonderful. Bar/restaurant was great. Staff was friendly and food was delicious. Comfortable beds and robes. Lots of towels! Good location.

No fan in bathroom. Grout on tub could have been better.

My husband always says when you book through third parties like booking.com the hotel gives you the lower class of rooms. I never agreed with this until this room. The carpet was really needing a cleaning and the the bathroom..it was yuck, there were tiles with missing grout that you could cut your foot on or actually pull up. It was a very well used hotel room in bad need of repair.

The stuff not cooperating in many request such as I asked to microwave my kids lunch and they refused The keep charging me as the scam people they charge for parking while I didn’t have car. They charge for river view which they didn’t have available when I checked in the front disk offered me a 75 $ refund per night When I checked out they said they can’t refund because there manager didn’t approve it

I absolutely adored the location, and the suite with the stunning view of the city was just incredible. The pool, jacuzzi, and all the other amenities at the hotel were the cherry on top of our wonderful stay. The bed and pillows were unbelievably comfy. The atmosphere in the lobby and the valet service really added to the hotel's elegance.

The bed was super comfortable! we were also warmly welcomed by Omar who was really helpful. All the staff here were amazing. The rooms are large and well maintained

The shower was tricky to work out, the room also smelt slightly musty which may have been due to the rain

All staff very conversational and polite - location good and felt secure.

Wasn’t the cheapest but you pay for what you get

The property was gorgeous & in an unbeatable location. All of the hotel staff were kind, helpful, and friendly. I didn’t get a chance to check out the onsite restaurant or pool, but that gives me an excuse to book a second stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, itself. I will mention that my first night at the hotel, the guests in the room next door threw a party at 3am that turned violent around 6am. I’m very happy with how promptly the hotel responded to the incident and that the hotel staff were very concerned about how to improve my stay after the incident, but on further reflection, I have had some minor questions about how such a large group of people were able to enter the hotel at 3am.

Great location and great staff.

Two things: 1. The pool and sauna aren't amazing. A small pool and a simple sauna. 2. My wife left an earring in the room the day we left and we contacted them through: email to customer service which they never answered and we also called the Hotel and they said they will call me back and they never did. The least I expected was for them to contact me and tell me nothing was found for a Hotel of this category.

Gorgeous high-rise hotel, close to lots of dining and entertainment, the staff were so friendly and helpful! Enjoyed the river view from our 17th floor room.

The mattress was a little firm for my liking, but not too uncomfortable—the bed linens were soft and cozy!

Very centrally located and easy to get to French Quarter! Also loved the on-site parking which felt very safe.

We had an excellent stay; from the time we checked in Ms. Beverly took exceptional care of us. Beautiful, clean hotel within walking distance to great venues. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We'll be back.

Location was central to everything and staff was incredible. Allowed for a slightly earlier check in so we could store pir bags and start our adventure.

Staffed charged a room deposit each day of a 3 day stay, that had been preauthorized in full on the first. They could not explain why...they did however remove it after about 7 days

front desk staff and valet were super friendly and welcoming. bed was soft. location was good, food at the downstairs bar was good

housekeeping was super weird and knocked on our door asking about checkout at like 9 am. not cool. we had until noon why was housekeeping asking us about checkout? had to ask multiple times for extra towels. the bed stunk and smelled like vomit. water had such a bad odor we had to use bottled water to wash our face and brush our teeth. bartender saturday night at the bar downstairs was not friendly or welcoming. she was very friendly with the older men at the bar but not us. wouldnt stay here again but for two nights it was fine

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

50 dollars a day to park, but it is worth it for peace of mind.
