The breakfast was minimal and lacked quality.

Hotel was quiet, the room was so comfortable we will be back again.

They dont give a hot damn that they are serving water as waffle batter. Front desk lady doesn't care at all 😂 Aside from waffles, decent breakfast choices considering.

The continental breakfast was good considering trying to be safe with COVID-19 👍

The floors are thin prefer 2nd floor next time due to the noise from above, younger people get goofy and stay up all night. Also prefer room without carpet feel more comfortable seeing clean floors. Also at 59 and wife 58 years old would appreciate a grab bar in bathtub shower area 😁👍 i intend on future stays hopefully these requests can be made.

The bed was GLORIOUSLY SOFT AND HUGE!!!

Booking.com hadn't forwarded my reservation to the hotel in time for my checkin. There was no record of it at all. But the charge was on my bank app as charged to my credit card. That whole incident was irritating to say the least. And being sleep deprived after 12hrs of travel didn't help matters at all. But thankfully the hotel accommodated me for the same price. I was greatful :) Do BETTER Booking.com!!!

I like the fact coffee and tea was available 24hours and the location of the hotel.

I didn't like the fact when i went to check-in and retrieve my room keys, I got to my room all you smell is urine in my room. I was able to change rooms happy about that but when i arrived at the second room i wasn't impressed. It was bars of used open soap in the shower the white towels had stains on them it was just a overall bad experience.

It was clean I like the location walking distance from some of the restaurants

I didn't like that i put my sign on the door for my room to be clean also fresh towels only to come back couldn't get in my room and to find it wasn't clean

my room was in a convenient spot. I had dogs with me and the space in the back for walking was awesome.

it needs some updates, but did the job.
