Emerald Necklace provided the one night respite we sought in our drive from east coast to midwest. We expected to be comfortable, but we were also delighted. The range of teas, the city knowledge of staff, and the cordiality are memorable. If you're traveling, make sure to linger around the property and enjoy what it has to offer.

I would have liked a car charging outlet on the premises. However, historic homes rarely offer such amenities.

Worth staying here just to eat in the Tea Room. Excellent food, wonderful staff, charming owner.

It would have been nice if both windows had blinds and if the one that did wasn't broken. The bed is just a bit too high and the mirror in the bathroom over the sink was too small and too high to use.

Everything was wonderful. Owner Anna pampered us like royalty. Very clean, spacious, provided everything we needed. Wonderful accommodations

We are return customers, and we recommend this Inn to all of our friends and family. The owner is lovely and attentive. She goes above and beyond to make our stay just perfect! The room was comfortable and had beautiful views overlooking the MetroParks. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and we loved waking up to the smell of bacon and baked goodies! We have family in town & visit Cleveland often. This is our go-to spot!

There is not one thing we did not like!

This was an ideal location to stay. It is conveniently located close to all major highways and is nearby major attractions, medical facilities, shopping, dining and other locally owned businesses. If you want to receive old fashioned hospitality and outstanding food/teas while staying in an original bed and breakfast/tearoom where you can escape the daily hustle and bustle of everyday life, I recommend staying here for a step back to yesteryear, rejuvenating experience. You owe it to yourself to have a little pampering and you will get that plus some here!

Just it being an off season so I couldn't enjoy the private patio. This will be on my to-do list for summer!

The room was decorated for the holiday the fireplace was on and there was a tree in our room already lit up. everything was clean and inviting.

Our room was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. Wifi worked well. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The owner was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious.

The only thing I was concerned about was carrying our luggage up the stairs (we are 75 yrs old). But the owner grabbed the heaviest piece and carried it up for us!

The room was very cozy. Breakfast was delicious. the staff was amazing.

The street noise was a little loud at times.
