Really good value for the money. Terrific staff at check in upon arrival.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant located inside was very convenient.

The pool was not clean. It has a lot of debris from the trees.

I love the pool at this location and the reason I pick to stay here when I travel to the area. The staff is super nice and that is hard to come by these days.

This stay was less than on quality vs some of my previous stays here. I honestly do not believe that the room was completely finished being clean before we were checked into it and we didn’t check in until about 6 PM. I should’ve double checked when I first entered the room the door was open with the night latch. It was missing items from out of the bathroom and just overall cleanliness was not as good as previous stay.  When we called for the items that we needed, they were promptly brought to the room.

The lobby was warm and welcoming and had a bar and restaurant that were full of people and laughter so it must’ve been good. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful!

Our room was below what I can only imagine was the laundry facility. The washing machine spun and gyrated loudly throughout the day and night. We could also hear the hiss of the water when it would fill the machine. It was kind of bothersome but once we figured out what it was l, it wasn’t as bad.

Location was great for what I needed. Didn’t check out much besides the room we stayed in. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful!

Our AC did not get cold. The thermostat said it was 66 but we had to sleep without the covers because it was so hot. We didn’t get any sleep.

Spacious, elegant lobby with sofas and different areas to sit. it was great as the different members of our family reunion kept arriving. Rocking chairs outside.
