great location good size rooms

we were near the icecream and coke machine so wa was very loud during the night aircons were very old and loud too

Loved the freebies for kids and adults. Staff was super efficient. Breakfast was good

Room could be updated. Bathroom floor snd carpets need replaced

Nice location, friendly service, well located to Hollywood Boulevard.

The location was great, very close to Hollywood walk of fame but tucked away nicely from the busy centre of Hollywood. Our children loved the pool and it was great to have a balcony overlooking the pool too. What a bonus to have breakfast included and also free snacks!

loved it’s location- a stone’s throw from the Hollywood walk of fame and metro loved it’s parking loved the complimentary coffee, Icecream, drinks, snacks and laundry. loved the pool and the suite of rooms was incredibly spacious. staff were super and breakfast was brilliant

room decor could do with a spruce up

we really enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast in the morning was great. the snacks you can get at the front desk, The red phone at the pool, And the staff were great and very accomodating.

We stayed in a two bedroom and used the sofa bed. The sheets on the sofa were dirty and had a big brown stain on them. We brought our own sheets, so it was not a serious problem.

Considering the cost of the rooms... The breakfast should have been Much better ...mediocre breakfast!

Fantastic location. Great staff. Free drinks and snacks.

Other guests who thought it was ok to let the doors bang shut constantly and at 3am! Only stairs up to upper floors which were hard work with a heavy suitcase! Noisy air con and windows didn’t open.

nice big fridge, clean and updated room. it was noisey because we were on the road side. the fan was loud. the slotted blinds are trendy but allow extra light in

the 24 hour pool, incredible laundry service - as well as the free snacks and drinks, and ice cream!!

Great location - just a short stroll from all the Hollywood attractions. Amazingly friendly and welcoming staff, plus free snacks, breakfast and coffee.

Garage Card Sensor was difficult to reach from within the vehicle

retro homey feel. free snacks! soda and ice cream. kitschy popsicle phone. heated pool.

Everything else. It's was a fantastic hotel. And the ice cream, snacks a soda machine were a hit for everyone. Other hotels need to take some pointers from you.

Beds were not the most comfy. And very few outlets in rooms

staff was super friendly and nice.

Was upgraded to two bedroom at no charge. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The kids loved the free snacks and the heated pool.

Could use a bit of an upgrade yet I liked the keeping the ambiance of the time this was built.
