staff woke me up at 3am to tell me someone complained about noise from my room! I was asleep and if someone complained than he should have come up to investigate instead of waking up sleeping guests. my husband was in the hospital and I didn’t appreciate being woke up

federal Marshall’s wouldn’t let anyone in and was walking around with loaded guns due to a wanted guess hotel staff lied about incident when I was there and said it was a drill they had full swat trucks and arrested a guy after 4 hours of a standoff. also hotel room flooded due to pipe upstairs
